There's just something wrong with this style of Danskos. I have ordered three times because I like the color and pattern. I own several pairs of Danskos, including other professional clogs, and always wear size 38. The first pair of 38 were way too big - about an inch behind my heel. I figured they had to be marked wrong so I ordered a second pair of size 38. Also huge. So I ordered size 37. They are the right length but arch is in the wrong place and they dig into my instep. For years, of any style, I purchase a size 38 and they fit perfectly but these do not. Also, I'm afraid they wouldn't hold up well. I have returned 3 pairs of these with no luck! I believe it is this style because I also ordered Dansko sandals in 38 and they fit perfectly as they should.

I am returning the shoes. It just does not work for me. Either small or big and just not right.

Narrow. Trying to exchange but Zappos is acting like it doesn’t know me & I signed in.

Unfortunately, too gold. I felt like a fairy tale princess wearing them ;). Great fit though!

These are nice looking shoes but apart from being quite large for a size 9, they just feel strange to walk in, maybe like a true clog shoe. Even if they fit perfectly, I don't think I would keep them.

I know my size in Dansko's as I've worn them for years...a 37. These felt like a 38.5 Very odd. Thank you Zappos for allowing me to return them, I only tried them on and walked the kitchen. Waaaay too big. And they look much cuter online than in person.

This shoe felt short at the toe but the back of the shoe slip up and down on my heel.

I ordered my regular size but it was to wide. I walked right out of them!!! I think the shoe looks great and I am disappointed that they did not fit.

I've always worn a 38 in Dansko and this is at least a full size bigger

I don’t know how to rate this. They say you’re supposed to be able to fit your pinky between the heel and the back of the clog, which I can, but I think my feet are too narrow for this style of shoe. My feet slide forward making my second toe bump the front, which I can see bothering me an hour into a shift. Really wanted to give these a try.

I waited and waited for these to come available in my size,, but was disappointed when I received them. Since they are now made in Chine, the sizing is not the same as before. I have many Dansko shoes and these are by far the largest (same size I always order). I should have sent them back, but sadly, I kept them. I have put inserts in but they are still big. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bit larger as recommended, but these still seemed tight. I thought maybe they needed some wearing-in in order to fit better. 2 months later and they’re still not comfy. I wear these 8-10 hours a day for 5 days a week. I know this is supposed to be so popular in the medical community but I can’t see how. They dig into the top of my left foot but not my right one (and this is after I thought they’d stretch). Overall this was not worth my money and I wish I would’ve got more affordable shoes that probably feel better. I’m going to try crocs next.

I own many pairs of Dansko clogs in the same size - all fit perfectly except this one. I should have returned it but waited too long thinking I could break it in. Super disappointed in Dansko's quality recently.

These shoes were very uncomfortable. my feet were in so much pain after wearing these to work. Not sure why so many nurses or anyone purchases these shoes. They're awful.

I was having back pains and my friend swore by these shoes, and so I bought a pair. They aren’t the best looking shoes I’ve ever seen. Also, after wearing them from more than an hour my feet start to hurt.

i have foot pain and the sole was too hard. it was a very supportive shoe but the sole just felt like steel and it didn't help my foot pain so i have to return them. The Bethanie helps my foot pain (and all Birkenstocks)

I wear a 6.5 and have 2 other pairs of Dansko clogs that are size 37. I ordered a new pair in a 37 and they were so big (too long and too wide) that they fell off my feet. I was so surprised. I have read several other reviews here that have experienced the same issues. Has Dansko changed their sizing or has their Quality Control been discontinued? However, I like them so much, I will probably try again in a while.

I love the shearling but this particular model is cut very wide and large. I have worn Dansko's for years and owned many pairs.

Terrible quality. Both shoes very worn in just two weeks of wear. Very disappointing because I have worn Dankos for years and have never had this happen that quickly!

I got these shoes because I am on my feet for 9 hours a day several times a week, unfortunately, wearing these all day eventually felt like standing on two rocks. The arch support is great but they are not comfortable or cushy at all. My feet ached half way through the day. Disappointed after all the great reviews saying how comfortable they are.

These will, sadly, have to go back. I have narrow feet and the heels on the shoes did not come up very high in back. I walked right out of the shoes and could see that heelf cushions would not make a difference. Still looking for a really comfortable nursing shoe.

I have been buying Dansko clogs for about 10 years now. I always get a 39 since I am an 8 1/2. They always fit perfectly. No breaking in ever needed.However, these shoes felt extremely tight and too small. I have swelling in my feet but I still always have had a good fit. So I am not sure if I should go up a size or go with a wide width or both. That being said I absolutely love these shoes! I am a nurse and I have nearly flat feet and they pronate inward. I used to have a lot of pain in my arches and heel. These shoes were a god-send. I hardly ever have foot pain now.

Dansko has changed. or maybe the nubuck has. Ordered my usual size in professional clog for 30 years and this shoe was very big. Back it goes.

Shoe would’ve fit okay, but was made way too wide. I had to return them. Very disappointed.
