I received used shoes. It wasn’t even discreet - the soles were dirty, the inside was caked with dirt, and the white parts were discolored from being worn. Zappos replaced the shoes, but now I have to take time to go return the old ones. Very annoying. What is going on with Zappos quality control???

no rating, you sent me the wrong item!!!!! totally aggravating, I did not get the hot pink shoes I ordered. I got two pairs of the same light pink shoes. This was a gift!!!! clearly your packaging dept did not look inside the box before they shipped the item.

Toddler with blisters! Not worth it.

These are so hard to get on! I spent about a minute trying to wrestle these on my toddler before giving up. Sizing was correct so I consider this a design flaw. Additionally, Zappos sent them without a box, and they arrived all misshapen. I don’t think this effected my ability to get them on, but I would have returned them for that reason alone.

The shoe felt stiffer than previous versions of the same shoe and cut my daughter's foot. Seemed to be a fake, not authentic Native Jefferson.

One of the two shoes warped in the sun and now won't fit. Kids leave shoes places, this is unacceptable for kids shoes!

These shoes just kept falling off my kid's feet. I got a bunch of sizes and my kid was *definitely* not wearing an over-large pair, phew, it was a struggle to get them on! And we tried the whole range and for the ones that fit best... they just wouldn't stay on. She was able to walk around far enough that I didn't notice how bad it was until they were already scuffed up (toddlers!) and probably not returnable :-(. But then every half-block they just fell off over and over.

My son wore these to the lake and took them off. When he went to put them back on, they had melted and no longer fit. I would think that shoes that are made to go into water would be heat resistant. This is very frustrating!

I’m not sure if I just got one size too big for my son. His shoes caused him some blisters on his feet.

Don’t like the heel of the shoe, it flips off of my son’s feet

I am utterly confused by these shoes which I love! My son wears 13.5-1. I got these in 1, 13 and 12 . 1 and 13 were too big his heel was coming way out. Size 12 were too tight. Same with my other son who wears 10.5-11. The sizes that should have fit him were too big and then I ended up getting size 9. Just too small. Very frustrated with these shoes that I wish for them well .

I love the look of them, they fit my daughter perfectly, as a size up she fell out of. BUT, they rubbed her heels completely raw within an hour of wearing them. Had to throw them away. Very disappointed. Going to stick with crocs.

They should be great shoes; they’re rubber, easy to clean, and easy on and off, but the size chart does not help. I ordered size 7 for my two year old daughter based off of the size chart, but they where super loose. Had to return and order one size down. Now that I have the “right” size, her foot slips out of the back because the heel support is too short. To summarize, the shoes don’t stay on so I’m not happy.

Do not buy!! Blisters all over the back of their heels.

Super practical toddler shoe- washable, durable and cute.

My son is a new walker (16mo) in the size 5-6 range. We tried both sizes, and neither fit his foot well (length and around the heel). I don't think these shoes are good for beginning walkers, so maybe we'll try them next summer as they look like a good shoe otherwise (and I know many who like them).

These were none too small but they still gave my little guy terrible blisters all over his feet. :(

We bought a similar pair from Gap last year for our then 1 1/2 yr old son. This year we decided to upgrade to the Native shoes. I am SO disappointed by the quality. My son wore them 4 or 5 times in a 2 week period. I went to put them on him, and one of the shoes had shrunk down a size. The spring weather has been mild so these shoes have not been exposed to heat (one of the things the company says to avoid). They are going straight back and we are buying the Gap shoes.
