Never received the actual item i ordered, sent a different style. Only would replace item with same product code

These are by far some of the WORST shoes I have ever worn, and I can't even return them because I decided to see if I needed to break them in and maybe they were just too tight. For 10 hours I wore these and due to the design of the tongue of the shoe it dug into the top of my foot causing severe pain. I want to chuck these shoes into a fire and roast marshmallows with how terrible these are. It would be a criminal offense to even give these to goodwill because someone else would have to pay to suffer like I did.

Something was off about them. Although they did look good and pictures and out of the box. Sadly, I had to return them.

Terrible fit. Size up 1 or even 2 numbers if you have wide fit. Mine fit well on the length but terrible on the width. Pain for days after one use

wrong items were sent, and less value than the shoes.

Not recommending to someone,quality is poor,not comfortable

Returning as they are way too stiff above the laces and make it difficult to run in

Mine arrived faulty, so had to return. I would've kept otherwise, but only for cheapy run around trainers.

The shoes are overall uncomfortable. They look nice, but do not feel good. I tried them on initially, and they seemed ok. After wearing them, I found them to be uncomfortable.

We were sent FEMALE size 9 shoes. We ordered out of MEN's dept for size 9. Second order The first was fine. Please send men's size 9 shoes and box with shipping information for return of these female shoes. Wow. Unbelievable.

Soo uncomfortable and narrow!! The more you wear them the more you feel your feet squeezed in! And they are so slippery wherever you go ( without any water on the ground). I talked to customer service and they told me they can t help me so I asked in a store and they didn t want to accept my return not even for a store credit!

Too small and poor material. Won't stretch. It's ashamed I can't use it. I can't return because it's been personalised. What a waste of money.

Within one month or two of wearing these shoes and being ever so careful in them because they are white, they started to fall apart. The sole started peeling from the shoe as the glue appeared to be falling off the shoe and the wire in the heel started to come up and create an uncomfortable feeling in the shoe. I have always loved that Adidas shoes last me for years but these barely lasted a few months. The quality has declined so much and I am so disappointed I could not return them in time to get my money back.

Markes over trainers when they arrived got in touch with customer care sent photos they were ment to get back in touch with me never heard anything from them bad service never buy from them again
