The shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. If you run for a long distance it is a good choice. I have tried it a few times and for a long run it was very good and comfortable. I am very happy.

Ordered a ladies size 7 and these are, in my opinion, true to size. They are also generous in width with a good supportive arch. Very lightweight and comfortable. Will definitely order again and highly recommend.
