After reading the complaints that these boots were too loose around the top, I knew i’d found my perfect boot! My calves are very muscular and these fit perfectly. The soles are quite comfortable (I’m normally an 8.5 and ordered a 9, not too snug, or loose). Happy so far and I get compliments regularly.

Well-made boots. The heel height and black suede material are exactly what I've been looking for. They arrived carefully packaged in dust protection sleeves and tissue paper.

ankle to calf has a lot of room . I would prefer the calf to be tighter. I don't have skinny legs

Too wide in calf

Needed to return... Cute, comfortable boot with the perfect heel for me. I liked the soft, forgiving material as it accommodated my larger calf (one is larger than the other), however, the material was too unstructured, causing the boot to slide down and puddle near my lower calves/ankles. I did not order a wide calf option and it was not advertised as a "slouchy fit" boot.

I’m sorry, I really liked these, I returned 8 for 8.5. But the second pair were so huge in the calf it looked silly.
