I read how others purchasers thought these shoes were a little large, so I ordered one-half size smaller, as suggested. Unfortunately I found them too small, so I am returning them.

The LifeStride Day Dream Shoe is the perfect shoe -- sport shoe comfort with a dress shoe feel. I really really really like these shoes, and I tried to find all kinds of ways to keep them. They are perfect for pairing with black slacks and jacket and pair just as well with jeans. However, I have a skinny heel, and even with heel inserts, they persisted in slipping off my heel. I hate having to send them back.

Love these shoes! The stretchy polyester looks like velvet and the hardware across the instep ups the class factor. Coupled with the comfort of a sport shoe makes these shoes a standout for this old lady. The width was absolutely perfect but the length felt at least 1/2" larger. I have skinny heels and even with double sticky heel strips, the shoes still slipped off my heel. For this reason, I am sad to have to return these shoes that otherwise would have check all the boxes for me.

Daydream, size 8-Wide, color Barely Beige. Seems to run 1/2 size too big, but Width was OK. On the right foot, these would probably be comfortable and OK for all day wear. Cloth upper. Color is warm beige. The shoe is heavier than it looks.
