Very comfortable and cute shoes. Zero break in needed and they just slip on! I'm usually a 7.5 but got the 8 in this shoe. I got it in the gold and it is a very subtle shade, which I like. This is my second pair of Born shoes and they are good quality shoes for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Wish it came in more colors!

I love these sandals. I ESPECIALLY love that there is elastic in the straps, making them much easier to put on and off and gives you a really great fit. The sole is nice and has better support than your average strappy sandal...I can't wear sandals that have a super flat sole with no support.

I normally wear a 10 in Born shoes, but this one seemed a bit small. The thong part of the shoe was too far back and really hurt, even though the length was okay. Had to send it back.

I wanted to love these shoes. The boots felt lovely when I slipped them on and I know that they would have been pretty comfortable right away if not for my narrow heels. There was just too much movement around my heels even with socks. Returning them.

I received the wrong color, both the uppers and soles were scuffed up, these shoes should not have been sold for full price. The style is cute, and the fit was as expected.

Spectacularly comfortable. No buckles so super easy to pull on and off. Elastic banding across top of foot ensures perfect fit. No break in at all; I walked for hours right out of the box.

These are very comfortable considering all the straps. I love the bright red color and how they hug my feet. They are also very light weight, but feel very well made. The leather is very soft, and some parts of the straps are elastic which allows for a custom fit. My foot is a bit wider than average and these sandals fit perfectly, my pinky does not spill over the sides.

I love these. They are super cute and just the look I wanted. They are flip flops that are held securely on the foot and don't flip and flop! Problem is the elastic strap hurts my pinkie toes, just hits them at the wrong place. Darn! Also, the 9 is a wee bit too big, and from experience with other Born sandals I know the 8 would be a teeny bit too small. I normally wear 8 or 8 1/2. So sadly, I must return these. You should try them though. Everyone's feet and toes are different so they may be fine for you.

I have been looking for flat sandals that are not flip-flops. These are comfortable and look great! LOVE the color. REALLY happy to have found these. Might order in another color.

Flat sandals that are cute and strappy, but do not dig in and have a fair amount of strength and support in the foot bed. Some of the straps are elastic. Perfect.

I usually always wear a ten in Born shoes. This one runs a little short and a little narrow in my opinion. Really liked the boot, but have to return them.

The boot looks so nice but It felt too tight and narrow. I would have order a 11.5 if they had them.

I loved these boots. Base on reviews I ordered a half size bigger than my normal size. These were too big. Easy return. Ordered my true size. They were too small. I guess that a 7.25 would be just right.

Toes hit the front of toe box. I absolutely loved the look of this boot and am very disappointed that I have to send it back - if it were only a little bit longer…

Very comfortable but the square looking toe gives it an old lady-ish vibe. Padded foot bed, no additional arch support.

I have work Born shoes with great success of the years and I have loved their sandals, until the past couple of years. As a woman in my 50's, maybe I just don't like some of the current styles, but there does seem to be a lot more complaints about their shoes. I wish they would make sandals like they did in the period between 3-10 years ago. Ok, enough about that. Born are typically known for great arch support. While these are not one of them, they are not terrible as the foot bed does have some cushion. I prefer easy slip on shoes instead of messing with buckles so these are pretty good. The strap between the big toe and the second toe did rub a little bit in the beginning, but it quickly broke in and I think I might purchase a second pair in another color. I hope Zappos passes the complaints onto Born and I hold out hope that they will manufacture some of their former styles.

When trying these booties at home, yes, they are comfy. But wearing them to walk in the city, not as comfy as you can feel every pebble/uneven pavement and definitely rubbing on the sides of my feet with tights on. May be best to wear with socks. I am a true size 8, but in Born, best to go with 8.5.

Not nearly as comfortable as I have come to know in the Born brand! Very stiff soles without cushion or support.

Beautifully made, great style- too bad they are so uncomfortable! The leather between your toes is rough and uneven. The straps across the top of the foot are too tight at the outside, squeezing your fourth and little toes. The footbed is lightly padded, but offers no support.
