Bought this same shoe two years ago. Very comfortable. Normally I wear a 6 1/2 wide but it was suggested I order a half size bigger. I did that but it wasn't enough. Needed to go a full size larger.

This will work....and feels like I need arch inserts. Then, I am used to wearing Vionics now. I had to buy an 8 rather than 7.5. Use for aerobics and general working out.

I wear a 7.5 narrow. The heels slipped when I tried them and they weren’t as comfortable as the other New Balance shoes I have. The style of the shoe was ok. Hard to find a white leather shoe in leather that fits me.

I usually wear a 8.5 so that is what I ordered, they are about a 1/2 size to big. If you order the wide with I would recommend that you go down half a size. These shoes are comfy and not bad looking happy with my purchase.

this is the first new bal ive bought in a while/ did not like the sole of the previous model. altho i like them i prefer mazuna. better fit and action.

These have been my go to shoes for many years. I need a wide shoe with a tall toebox. I can fit a comfy insole in these shoes to make them softer on the bottom of my feet and still have enough room so my toes are comfortable. Will continue to buy this style.

I use this type of shoe regularly for volunteering and in the gym. New Balance is not my favorite but the sale was to good to miss. The shoes are comfortable but I need a thicker sock to make them a really good fit

I like these shoes. The tops are a little higher than most walkers I've worn, so they might work for short hiking. My left foot has been sprained several times, and this higher top will hopefully keep the foot from turning. Definitely order one-half size up. I purchased comfort insoles for these shoes, and need every bit of space.

Nice shoe, very attractive and comfortable, fits well. Not up to the standards of the original 928 shoe, but about half the price. Downside, made outside the USA, but at least it's not made in China.

True to size, unfortunately B width fits me better, but it's not available. D is "close enough" with sweat socks. Quality is good as I have come to expect from NewBalance

Really cute walking shoe, white with light blue trim. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 shoe, depending on manufacturer , so I did order up a size to 8.5 but unfortunately my toes hit the front edge of the shoes. Since I like them, I am hoping to exchange them for a 9 as soon as I finish this review!

I still have my old pair and the new one was different. The toe box was narrower and my heel box was bigger. Unfortunately I had to return the shoe because my heel can slip out easily. It seemed like a nice shoe though!

If I had tried these on in a store I would not have purchased them. I have owned many New Balance shoes over the years, but these feel narrow in the toe, and yet my heel slips up and down in the back.

The "collar" of these shoes was too high around my ankles. After several steps around the house, it was clear that I'd have blisters. Otherwise, the toe box was comfortable and the heel fit well. I'm disappointed as I had hoped these would replace my very well worn LLBean walking shoes. They have to go back.
