I wear size 15 XW (4E). I've been wearing New balance shoes for 5 plus years now. Knowing that if they have 15 XW, it will fit. So I go with their brand of sneakers. Since I've been wearing these 608v5 shoes, there has been a few days where I was on my feet standing & walking around alot. it is nice to have the comfort of these shoes. My feet haven't been tired or hurt. It is also nice to put these on , after wearing my steel toe work boots for 8 plus hours.

I was unable to find this shoe in any store. It was easy to order directly from New Balance. It was delivered directly to my front door. I even got a discount from what similar shoes going for in the stores. Shoe fits perfectly and feels good.

I have been wearing this particular style New Balance show for more than 10 years and it fits my needs perfectly. It has a removable insert which allows me to use an insert made for my particular foot problems (over pronation) and then fits very comfortably. These shoes support my arch and ankle well while walking and I do 2 1/2 miles every morning. They last about 6 months and then begin to wear on the outer part of the heel. They always look nice and are easy to keep clean.

If you are looking for that sneaker your Dad always wore, look no further. I always get comments when I wear these out, "oh wow, are you a Dad?" (I am), and "my dad and/or grandpa always wore chunk white new balances like those!", "your dad and/or grandpa must be pretty cool" I respond.

I've been buying the 608s since they were available. They are well built and give very good support, It is hard to find a shoe in a 12 wide, especially under $100. Very pleased!

The 608 shoe has been my favorite style for walking and moving up to the v5 from the v4 didn't require any adjustment. I'm good to go for many more miles

Purchased for my husband who is a hard fit, being extra wide. He always chooses NB and these sneakers worked very well. Much better looking with the black laces; makes the shoes look less "clumpy." Good Job New Balance. Thanks, Zappos for having the right shoes and great service.

The sizing has changed. I've always gotten these in a size 9, and they fit fine. Now my toe is crammed right up against the edge of the shoe. So I'm returning them for a bigger size. The B width is fine; I'm really about a C, so some B width shoes fit, and sometimes I have to get the wide. They are comfortable and durable.

I use these shoes for working out and, particularly for heavy use on the treadmill and elliptical. For that purpose they have performed excellently. Beyond that I cannot comment.

I use these for HIIT workouts, and I love the sole cushion. Great support for plank twists, skaters, and the like. The shoe helps support those awkward missteps in lunges or off-balance movements when I am burned out and just want it to be over. I am confident I won't roll and ankle, so I can think about the workout and not worry about the shoe. The sole is nice and non-abrasive for workouts on carpet in my basement. I usually wear the NB 806 for workouts (great lateral support), but the MX608 gives the support I need for a lot less $$.

If you want a shoe that ranks up there with other super-supportive overpronation shoes with ample toe box, but costs a whole bunch less, try these. You have big-time foot problems with a limited budget? And no, they do not look like orthopedic shoes. They are probably a bit clunky for running shoes, but everyday wear? This is for you. I love 'em.
