Went on vacay upon receipt of shoes and had to break in on the fly. Walked about 10 miles in the first 2 days without any issues

Comfort right out of the box no need to break them in. They also have added stability that I need I would definitely recommend this shoe to others.

No break in period. They fit great and were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I work retail. I am on my feet 8 to 10 hours every day. Very comfortable shoe.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Customer service was phenomenal!! I then ordered the correct size a few days later. Both pairs came on the same day. I already had a return label. Dropped off the shoes at UPS. 2 days later had a refund. Love, love my shoes!! The shoes look better than the picture and fit according to size. Praise God - I don't have to go back to a shoe store!!

I only wear New Balance 608 and hope they never discontinue them. They are the only shoes I can buy and know they are perfect.

I am a football referee and have switched to New Balance for all my games (JH, subvarsity, and varsity). I plan on using the 608's for varsity turf games (I have two pair of 950's [one for JH and subvarsity three seasons old and a new pair for varsity] that I use on grass fields). The 2E width provides a perfect fit for my wide foot and the leather upper provides the professional look you need when calling a game. The cushioned insole provides the great shock absorption required when I spent up to three hours or more on my feet. Fit, comfort, and style make this the shoe I need.

I would buy this shoe again or until New Balance creates a better shoe which right now doesn't seem possible.

The 808 is an excellent shoe and, 4E width, comfortable fit.

I am a high school football official and it's really tough to find primarily black wide width turf shoes that are actually comfortable and fit perfectly. I use orthotic inserts and really need supportive comfortable shoes that also look really sharp. These NB turf shoes are just the best pair of turf shoes that I've owned and worn in the last 20 years of officiating football. The look very sharp and they perform, couldn't be happier.
