Customer Reviews New Balance 608v5 Slip Resistant

I purchased my 608's after wearing (and enjoying) the Series 623 and 624 trainers for many years. The 608's are every bit as good as their predecessors! Comfortable fit, with great arch support for those of that need it!

I only buy New Balance tennis shoes because I can order them online & expect them to fit my feet properly. I currently have 4 pair of New Balance tennis shoes....all ordered at different times. The New Balance shoes I have ordered fit well and last for at least 1 year.

I ordered these because I really liked the way my previous pair of white 608s fit and worked. They are the same size and color, have the same exceptional fit and durability, and will likely be replaced by another duplicate in about three years.

I use these shoes much the same as I did my standard white 608s. Walking, working out, shopping, vacationing, etc. The real difference is these don't look like traditional running shoes, but rather like dress shoes made to be supremely comfortable. I originally thought these were too small, as the fit was tight. But in reality, the fit is glove-like, and cradles my foot perfectly. Same size as my previous pair. Love them!

Shoes arrived within days. Been buying them for years. Only shoes I use as I am a walker and they are the perfect fit for me. Love buying American too.

These sneakers are the best. So comfy and good looking. Made very well. True to size. Recommend highly.

Lasted me a long time, 7 months exactly! if it weren't for the fact the inside began to fade and rip a bit, I would continue to wear them. I would highly recommend for long shifts! Easy to clean too!

The shoes fit as ordered. Comment on the laces are they are too long to begin with even with double knotting them. After a short time I will need to cut them shorter due to their stretching.

Glad to have a found a shoe maker that makes a shoe that fits my feet. Many ate too narrow. This was a medium shoe that fits my foot perfectly!

Have now two pairs of shoes that fit perfectly on my wide feet, always had to choose shoes bigger at least by one number to address this issue and no more. It would be good if the New Balance would start a new line, new models of shoes to wear to office and casual working environment. Both pairs are well made, good components and good look.

Looks and feels great. Very happy with New Balance. Will definitely buy from them again...

Wear them at work. Extremely comfortable all day. Stylish.

I have been wearing 608's for years. Also have a pair of brown suede V3 and also white V4's that I usually wear. They are comfortable and last a long time. Really like how my new V5's feel. A little more stylish than my other pairs.

These shoes were the first I ever bought from New balance and realized it was the perfect brand for me. I have a tendency to lose my balance and these shoes help make sure my feet stay firmly on the ground. I've bought many different styles but have gone back to this specific because of my very first experience I love these shoes.

I really like the 608 style of New Balance. I have had a hard time finding them in stores. I am happy to see you had them online. I use this style shoe when I do my walks. I have tried other New Balance shoes for my walk but I wasn't happy. Thanks

Never owned a better pair of dad shoes, great for standing idle in one spot for hours if you know how to shift your feet just right, provides extra height to make other dads feel inferior and gives style to anyone working for UPS.

I recently became a dad and I was drawn to these sneakers, I wear them whilst doing yard work, extremely comfortable, definitely buying a new pair soon just because I wear this pair daily.

I am partially weakened on my right side from birth. I need good shoes with a good support system. These shoes have done what the Dr ordered.

New balance makes two shoes almost the same one for training and one for work. Last time I bought the ones for work and they were not that comfortable and made the bottom of my feet sore. This time I kept to the training style and for a week now my feet feel good. I'm on my feet 90% of the time at work.

These shoes are the only ones I wear each day. They fit really well and are comfortable.

So comfortable, with great support. And, they are nice looking!
