If I had not thrown away all the packing and box's I would return these shoes. After wearing them a few hours they made the bottom of my feet burn so badly I had to take them off.

I like the sneakers but my last three pairs of soles started to fall off starting at the toe and my neighbor had the same problem I think they have to buy better glue.

I ordered the same size always wear but they too short. Also the width across the ball of the foot, right foot shoe was visibly wider than the left. Poor quality, poorly made shoes.

After just one time wearing these shoes my feet and legs hurt horribly. Will not buy again.

I wore them (outside walking) and therefore I can't return them. I don't have the original box because I thought they fit great, until I went for a walk. In about half a mile I could feel the pain in my foot. I would have returned them, but I cannot. I have an older pair of New Balance and they fit fine. So it's not across the board.

Unfortunately, I ordered WIDE width, didn't see C or D offered . Was sent D - too wide. Have to return. Had to buy others.

I had to return these because at a size 10 which is my usual size I could not even get my feet in them. They are a size nine at the most, maybe even smaller. Returned two weeks ago and still waiting to hear about a refund. Disappointing transaction in two different ways.

The shoes were very wide...I know I ordered wide but these were extremely wide. Still waiting on my refund!

I've ordered shoes in the past and have always gotten the size I have ordered the last pair of walking shoes I had are no longer available so bought the new balance 608 shoe in a 9 E wide but I received a 9 D instead they fit but are tight on me

I have been buying the 990s since they came out, always size 11 wide, these shoes are too short my toe rubs the end .. not good!

I ordered this shoe because the 624 trainer I wanted was not available. The 608v5 had significantly less sole under my foot than the 624, especially the ball of my foot and toes. It also had a ridge that ran across the sole under the ball of my foot. Even in the 10 minutes I wore them the ridge was a problem; it would never work for extended wear. The fit of the shoe was good but the issues with the sole caused me to return them.

I have only bought NB cross training shoes for the last 10 years or so because they had the best arch support but now you've made a shoe without it sorry for me won't be using your product anymore!

I have always used NewBalance for my work shoes. They don't offer the model I used to buy so I tried these. What a joke. No support, very uncomfortable. Won't trust this company again for work shoes.

I had to return them cause they were to short. I still have not gotten my money back yet.

I returned the shoes and haven't get my money back I will never buy from you
