Customer Reviews New Balance 608v5 Slip Resistant

I wear it as a sturdy, supportive walking shoe. I have worn New Balance for many years and love this brand. However, this particular shoe is cut too high on the sides for me, so my foot is more enclosed than in my prior shoes. The high cut crowds my ankles on the sides. I find my feet get more tired with this particular shoe; so when I come home I want to take these shoes off and put softer shoes on, which is not usual when I am wearing New Balance.

Not as comfortable as the 624 series I used to buy but is no longer available

I like the 608 shoe but prefer the 624. Don't seem to have it anymore

This has been a great show for someone just starting to workout again. Comfortable and sturdy, just like I need them, so they will last.

Was planning on using this as my daily trainer. Delivery was great but the shoe runs big in the toe box so had to return it. Will try again soon as shoe had what I wanted.

The shoes are very well made and well worth the money. Minor downside is that the souls tend to wear out quickly, that being said it is still worth the money!

I have purchased this model and similar models of New Balance in the past. I usually wear them at the gym and for casual wear with jeans. This is not a Made in USA model of New Balance so they are sized a little different. I had to purchase one size larger than I normally wear for the Made in USA models New Balance shoe.

Stop using FedEx for any deliveries they are consistently off schedule often by days

I was pleased with the shoes,as they are very comfortable but I don't understand why you don't have them in navy & white.

I have a wide foot. This brand fits my foot best. The loop eyelets hold up better than eyelets in the leather which tend to wear through. Perhaps one day New Balance will design a shoe with velcro straps

These type shoes last me longer than any other I've worn. I'm extremely difficult to fit and was glad to find them online AND on sale!

They're a Christmas gift.

I always use New Balance they are the only one that has 4e width.

The shoe is well built and comfortable - except when I step on a shoe string. The strings are way too long. I see no reason why that is.
