The boots had a very comfortable footbed and the suede was soft and beautiful. However, I had to return them because the opening was too small for my ankles. When I zipped them, they were too tight for me. If you have small ankles, you will love these.

These boots are comfortable, functional and look great. I wore them every day in NY in freezing temperatures. I love the color which is more like claret.

I generally love FitFlop but upon receiving these booties I was dismayed to feel something awkward and uncomfortable under my heel. Upon inspection I saw that Fitflop in their infinite wisdom decided to "imprint" or press their logo that generally is only on the outside of the shoe all the way into the inside, leaving a visible (and uncomfortable) circle where the heel goes. I don't know if this is an anomaly or just the way this bootie is made, but it is uncomfortable and unwearable!
