Whoo hoo! They fit!! I purchase most of my shoes from Zappos as it seems to be the only place that cares about us narrow footed women….or if we give it a go and try a medium width and they don’t fit, returning them is so easy. I was desperate for a pair of darker brown, dressy type shoes, as sometimes I do have to get out of my sneakers, and came across this beautiful pair, but they were a medium. So I held my breath and ordered them. They arrived today and they are perfect and that’s saying a lot given my right foot is a bit shorter and wider at the girth than my narrower and a bit longer than my left foot. This Mary Jane style with the strap is a game changer as I was able to adjust the fit for each foot. The shoes are beautiful and well made and the toe box is wide enough for my toes yet the fit around my heal is very comfortable. Thanks Zappos and thanks Naturalizer! You both made my day!

The foot bed was very uncomfortable. It did not feel padded and the embossed name was uncomfortable against my foot. I didn’t like them $124 worth.

These are lovely shoes, soft leather and good fitting. I ordered both an (M) and (W) width in my usual size 9 since I wasn't sure about fit. The (M) width in the size 9 fit me perfectly and there was no need to go wider. If you have a wide foot, the (W) width shoe was noticeably wider. I like the wide strap on these flats. It makes them more comfortable to wear as flats can sometimes be hard to fit and wear. Highly recommend for the quality, fit, and comfort.

These ran a little large in my opinion. returned for 1/2 size smaller. Love them otherwise.

Very nice and comfortable. My normal size is usually 6.5 wide. From my previous purchase of naturalizer booties, 6.5 wide runs big. So i ordered 6.5 medium width for this shoes. There is a slight gap on the heel, but i fixed it with a heel liner/cushion. Now it is perfect! I think it is a bit pricey, pricier than Clarks. But i am keeping it.

I need a wider toe bed so not the fault of this shoe.
