While this Journee boot was not uncomfortable and I liked the heel height and side zipper, I only gave it a single star because I couldn't get past the fake suede. The material cheapen the shoe greatly, very sad as the style of the shoe is what I was looking for but the material the company covered the shoe with resembled that of a crushed velvet. I returned them.

I almost did not order this boot based on some of the negative reviews.....BUT, I went ahead and ordered them because I liked the navy color and style. I am thrilled with this boot. I wear a 8.5 and the fit is perfect. I wore them all day yesterday and they were extremely comfortable which can sometimes be tricky with boots. They are very stylish and I love the color. I am sooo glad I bought them!

Love it, great for all occasions and comfortable for standing and walking all day. Easy on and off. The soles were a bit slick at first but they felt fine after a few days.

I normally wear a 8.5 in sandals and slip on's. 9-9.5 in tennis shoes. I usually wear 9.5 in boots, these were almost 2" longer than wear my toe was and they were not real suede, it was like a cheap cloth suede.

Love these boots! Bought them in blue and then afterwards bought them in black and tan..

I wasn't sure about these boots when I first put them on, as the arch support was so significant. But one hour-and-a-half walk followed by another two hours of standing at a rock show proved that these boots are not just comfortable, they're super comfortable for a long time, right out of the box! I guess I shouldn't've been surprised, as my other pair of low-heel Journee boots were the same way. I'll keep buying Journee boots as long as they keep making them both attractive and super comfy!

I like the looks of these booties very much. I wish I could keep them. However, they won't work with all of my navy pants as they come up too high on my leg. Also, the soles of the shoes cause me to slip on a smooth floor. Additionally, they are a little bit stiff. I wish I didn't have to return them because I like their looks a lot. But, my shoes have to be comfortable--and safe.

My daughter really liked her sporty boots nd the wide-calf navy ones too. I need to return my size 9-1/2 as the ankle was too tight on one foot. i don't have a Zappo box or a shipping label. Would you please email one to me? Thank you.

These boots were more casual than I was looking for. And they were too big.

So I almost always wear 8, rarely 7.5 and in Brooks I always wear an 8.5. My “recommended size” on these were 8.5. So between that and the reviews, I went with 8.5! Mistake..should’ve stuck with 8..might wear a 7.5! They are too long and slightly loose high across the toe box. I could not get the laces to go tighter in that area either.The color is beautiful, but I have a feeling they wouldn’t hold up to too much wear. Sorry, these are a return!

They look good nut they aren't to confortable
