I chose size 7.5 based on Zappos' site size recommendation algorithm, but it was much too large for me to keep. I chose "Felt true to size" in the drop down, because I am a size 7 instead of the recommended size and feel that the size 7 would been the correct choice for me. Regarding style and comfort, they can work with a variety of outfits and not wear out your feet!

These booties are SO cute and comfortable. I have received many compliments while wearing them. The only issue that I have with the shoes is that the zipper on the back makes a racket when you walk. It is not a deal breaker as I LOVE these booties!

These are very nice looking shoes. I haven't worn for a full day, but they seem to be somewhat comfortable. The price is very reasonable. Only problem is they are slippery. Would prefer a rubber sole. I have ordered non-slip patches to put on bottom of shoe.

Hess boots fit well and were comfortable from the get go. I need better arch support for plantar fasciitis, so added my own arch support insoles, which fit well inside without compromising roominess.

Pros: Stylish booties that you can wear with pants or skirts. Comfort level pretty good and true to size. Cons: bottom of the boots, not much grip which makes them a bit slippery and I would recommend a spray on these since they are not waterproof. Considering the price, I will keep them, but I don't see getting an extended amount of time out of them.

Love these boots! Wore them all day the first day I got them with no issues. The right boot rubbed very slightly on the back of my right ankle so I just didn’t zip it up all the way and it was fine. Best to wear no show socks with these, ankle socks will peak out a bit. Bought gray and black. Not disappointed at all.

I kept these because they felt great when trying on and looked good for the price. Since wearing them 3-4 times (to work), they’re starting to show some wear, and I haven’t done that much walking in them at all. I hope they last, but I’ll probably just get one winter out of them.

Heel of shoe was wide and would slide up and down a lot as I walked :-( otherwise adorable! I’ve never had a shoe do that so over all I gave it a 3 and am returning it

Style was nice but shoe was totally stiff. Also very large. I had a 3/4” gap behind my heel when ordering my normal size

These booties are really cute for the price and look well made, but they had the slickest soles I've ever seen in a shoe. I almost fell twice on my hardwood floors. They were also a little big for me so I'm returning them.

Love the style, but the bottoms are ridiculously slippery, be careful. I expected better quality for the price.

Grey color is really beige so not what I was hoping for.

These are very cute boots, however the bottom is very slippery. So slippery I am afraid I will fall. This is a huge negative for me and I will be returning them.

Runs very small. I wear an 11-11.5 so I ordered a 12. Can’t get them on. Cute but very small.

Material was fine for not leather...looked good. Overall these were nice EXCEPT for the major fact that you can't take a step without slipping. Not worth the risk. Too bad though!

The size was bigger than expected and the quality of the shoe was not what I expected.

Gauging by the pictures I had hoped these booties would work for me. Sadly, they are narrower than they appear. I don't have a wide foot, but they pinch my toes. There's no arch support, which I hadn't really expected. Very few shoes/boots have any significant arch support, and never enough for my arches, which are extremely high. Most of the time I use inserts, but trying that made the booties even more uncomfortable. The boot itself is nice, and seems to be well made. It would definitely be cute with jeans or dresses.

Returned it - did not fit

The taupe color was a bit off for me. More brown than taupe. And the bootie was not comfortable at all. Bottom of bootie is slippery too! Sent back.

Did not like the fit or quality.

These run at least a size too small. Cute though.
