The heel is too hard against the back of the foot. They just shipped the shoe box - it was not within a protective box.

This sneaker are amazingly confortable. If you have knee problems, these sneaker will make you happy. Also, I like the easy on style. Make more solid color avaiilable (Navy Blue, Brown, Green and other colors). With all Nike sneakers you must go a half a size up (11.5 = 12).
