I don't know on what planet this shoe would be considered wide, but it most definitely isn't this one. These shoes are VERY narrow even when selecting the W for wide. I'm needing an ASICS 4E wide just as an example or an Altra shoe. Putting these on I instantly felt side pinched on the wide model. I would avoid these if you need wide in any capacity. The look was great at least, but that doesn't excuse a poorly designed footbed....
