These boots were exactly what I was looking for - loved the style and quality, but they were too narrow. I could see the sides of my foot poking through the leather. My foot is on the wider side but I don’t usually need to wear wide shoes. Disappointed they didn’t work out.

Great chelsea boots. Brown suede boots with side zipper, a solid heel and the exact height that I wanted for this particular purchase. Super comfortable and stylish. I treated the boots with a water repellant spray so I would be able to wear them in all kinds of weather. Prompt shipping by Zappos and easy communication regarding order status, which I always appreciate.

Super cute boots but I have a high arch and they were extremely tight across that area. Had to return because of that. The “Dusty” style proved to be a good alternative.
