I needed a well cushioned sneaker because of a troublesome heel spur. My podiatrist recommended the Cloudswift. It is very cushiony. There is a problem with the toe space in this sneaker. The toe box width is fine but the clearance is too tight/shallow. I returned my regular size and got a half size larger. That made things a bit better but the clearance was still uncomfortable. I wet the shoes and stuffed socks in the toes to stretch things out. It worked. Now after washing the shoes I have to stuff the toes until they dry. The other issue I encountered is how much the shoe picks up gravel. I sure wish I did not have to pick our driveway gravel out of my shoe soles all the time. The cushioning is fabulous, though.

Great fit, comfortable, stylish… only one complaint is that the back of the shoe digs into the heel a bit… I would expect over time this will get better.

More of a casual fashion shoe, rather than usable tennis shoe. That being said, they are very comfortable. They are slightly wider than your average running or athletic shoe, but about right on par with similar style tennis shoes. I was very skeptical at first, but once I broke them in I couldn't be happier with the comfortability. These look great with a lot of different styles, very versatile.

these shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes EVER!

I'm a size 10 in brands like adidas. However, with these shoes I tried both 10 and 9.5. 10 left a lot of room in front of the toe, and my semi-wide foot had lots of room for slippage left and right. With the 9.5, it was too small as expected. I really wanted to like these shoes, but will have to return them. Other than that, they are very breathable since there's no extra layer on top of the mesh. I also would have wanted an extra lace hole for there to be more lock in, especially since these shoes run wide.

Good looking shoe but not as supportive as an ON running or training shoe. Also the shoe does not breath very well. Cushions surrounds the bottom of your ankle trapping heat in the shoe.

Not the best style

Really good looking shoe, but doesn't feel like it offers the support I need on the tennis court. This is more of a "kicking around" shoe than a real shoe for playing tennis or pickle ball.

These were like clown shoes. Large toe box not in the least attractive.

Overall, the shoes were pretty good. It was just unfortunate that Zappos sent me the wrong size and color. I still tried them on to see if I wanted to attempt to order again (not from Zappos). The shoes were meh. I will see if this feeling improves if I actually order from the On website-and get to try on the size I wear.

These run small by about 1/2 size. They look great, however, the biggest disappointment is the large channel that runs along the center of the sole. That channel is so wide that it literally gets stuck on the brake pedal sometimes while driving. A friend of mine has the same shoes and said the exact same thing so we can't be the only ones experiencing this. Not a good thing to have a shoe that has a design that impedes with driving a vehicle. On a side note, I have owned 7 pairs of On running shoes and love them.

Shoes we're oddly heavy (lots of sole), and OK if you have narrow relatively flat feet. Not for the wide of foot at all.

these are so cute but I normally wear a 9 in running shoes and a 8 or 8.5 in other shoes. So I bought a 8.5 in these. Goodness they were huge. Sad to say I am returning. I would have tried an 8 but not available in the white on white.

Love ON shoes so excited to try these as a casual summer sneaker. No support, no cushioning, stiff uppers, loose fit. Good styling.

The fit of the shoe was not good. It was wide and I couldn't lace it tighter. I felt my foot sliding around while playing pickleball in the shoe.

Very lightweight but didn’t feel like they provided much support or cushioning. Not the best for my old knees.

I have had 6 pairs of this brand all the same size! But this style is so big!! Overall I like the look of the shoe but they wouldn’t fit even if I had on really thick socks!
