This is the second time I took a chance on a style of On sneakers. First time I returned the ones I ordered because they didn't feel comfortable compared to my New Balance (or any other brands that I own). I continue to read positive things about them so I thought I would try again. Needed these for an upcoming trip where I will be walking all day every day. These are marketed for walking. Many reviews are positive. So I ordered to try. Not comfortable. I can feel the pressure of the shoe inside touching my foot in multiple areas, sides of the toe box, top/throat and heel. And these are the leather version of On, yet feels like a cheap substitute. Back they go.

These didn’t fit my feet. They seemed short and with little arch support. I am going to return them.

Very light weight. Not a ton of cushioning like I wanted.

Wanted more arch support than what these had & I wanted them to be more comfortable. They are cute but not worth the price.

Cute shoes but very stiff

Super Cute! Not the most comfortable for my high arch though. Should've worn em around the house before wearing all day at work. If I can find some good insoles I'll wear em again

These are cute but they came up to high on the ankle and the toe box seemed narrow. My toe hit the top and I originally purchased an 8.5 from another retailer and I felt like they may have been too short and narrow. I wore them and they hurt my feet. I gave them to my sister who loves them. The size 9 feet with an orthotic but my big toe was not happy. If you have slender you will like them if you don't mind that they come a little higher the ankle. I am sad that I have to return them but I am like I never left house with them on. Then I would have been stuck then they would be added to the donation pile. :). Back to my hunt to find a comfortable pair of white sneakers to wear with dresses.

These are so comfortable!!! Until your foot realizes it can’t breathe. These shoes are so hot. I’ve worn them, so I guess I can’t return them. But I for sure won’t be wearing them until winter. That’s really a bummer

Very stiff and not comfortable.

An odd fit. But, mostly, my feet felt like they were in an oven; perhaps due to synthetic material. I love the On brand, but not this style.

Shoes were cute but I had to return because the top of my feet (big toe area) were hitting the end of the shoe. I wear a size 7.5 -8. These were an 8

I bought the 7.5 while traveling because I was told they may run small. They do not run small. I'm a 7 in sneakers and 7.5 were comically too large, but I had no choice but to wear them because I needed shoes. I have petite ankles, and the 7.5, tightened as much as possible still has a lot of room. I would stick to your normal size in this shoe unless you are one of those borderline folks between sizes or have thicker ankles. If you are not between sizes and have petite ankles, stick to your normal sneaker size.

Returning because the footbed was so uncomfortable. Nothing like other On shoes that I have owned.

I was expecting much more from these as far as comfort. The insole was hard and flat I thought. I felt no "cloud" comfort at all, unfortunately. They are nice looking though.

I don’t know what these people are thinking but these are not tennis sneakers. At least, they are not appropriate to wear while playing tennis. There is heel cushioning and decent arch support but almost zero cushioning for the front half of your foot. Like running barefoot on concrete. I don’t get it. Also I don’t think there’s much ankle support. It’s a very low riding shoe. Nice if you’re just buying them to walk in or maybe play pickleball but if you’re a tennis player, keep looking.

too wide

I'm exchanging (already ordered the new size). Reviews/details recommended ordering half a size down, so I did, and they are too small. Hoping they will be true to size next time around!

it was not as comfortable as my other pair of On's. They are going back.

This shoe is very stiff and and the sole doesn’t flex enough when walking. It’s also very chunky.

The part of the shoe that encloses the toe feels a little too small; not too narrow, but from top to bottom, like your toes can't flex up very much. The material feels very stiff and hard to wear in.

Look is great! Shoe is too stiff and larger than expected. Sad to return them.

Nice an light, but very wide and bulky looking.

I wanted to love these. I thought they would be great to throw on with a dress or jeans. They fit big and wide. I tried to size down but still did not help. They also have no support, especially compared to their other sneakers.

The shoe was really stiff and not comfortable on my foot. They are cute, but a bit bulkier than I expected.
