IF you are wanting the great fitting and super comfy OC shoe stay away from this one. It runs small and there is zero support. Cute shoe but my feet hurt by the end of the day.

I was so excited when I saw these! I love On shoes for their style, comfort, and fit. But these are such a dissapointment! They felt really wide and at least a 1/2 a size too long. There was none of the On comfort in these shoes. It felt like walking on a flat slab - hard and absolutely no arch support. I don't wear orthotics and don't like alot of arch in a shoe but this had none. And they just looked kind of blah yet busy for my liking. Lots of better white sneakers out there.

After wearing them for a few hours, once I removed them I had intense pain in my left heel. I wore them for another hour, removed, have heel pain. I’ve never experienced this pain before. These are not for me.

Just bad all around. Cheap materials felt like they would crack easily.

Look cute, however they are not comfortable or cushy at all. Seems like the material would crease easily at the toe. I expected better quality feel and materials for the price. Can not justify keeping them for style only.

This brand was supposed to be so great. It is a huge disappointment. They are super cute, can wear with dresses, jeans or shorts. But they have NO arch support at all! I had worn the shoes at home and for short outings. Yesterday I wore them to an appointment and shopping. I could not wait to get home and take my shoes off! Last night I had horrible leg cramps and foot cramps in the arch area and toes. This morning my legs still hurt. I have high arches and selected this brand because of reviews of support and arches. Very disappointed because they will go into the closet, never to be worn again.

honestly, I have to wonder if these are knockoffs. The box arrived with the shoes just wrapped in plastic; no original box. The quality was AWFUL. I ordered another style in the same brand & there's just no comparison. If these are legit ON shoes, they're charging an outrageous price for shoes that feel like they came from walmart.

Material was cheap and not what I expected for such an expensive shoe. There was no cushioning or arch support and the whole shoe felt stiff and made of cheap plastics. Not what I expected from this brand.

I don’t think wear these all day there’s no arch support also they make a noise when u walk.

A disappointment, the color combo was great but the shoe has poor arch support and a curved foot last that makes for an uncomfortable fit. Not a shoe you could be comfortable in all day

Super cute sneakers, but if worn for any more than an hour, leads to heel blisters & sore toes.

I love my on cloud running shoes so much and was thrilled to try these! I wear a lot of dresses and sandals hurt my feet, so I thought these would be a cute casual sneaker to go with casual dresses. After a couple weeks my left foot started hurting-I thought maybe from some flip flop wearing around the pool but it didn’t really make sense. I ended up in severe throbbing foot pain after continued wear of these shoes-which landed me at the podiatrist office. The cause was these shoes! I think the leather is stiff and forces your foot to not have as much movement inside the shoe as it would in a traditional shoe. So if you have any foot issues, these are probably not for you. However, if your feet do not bother you, the shoe is very attractive.
