Perfect for my wide feet and standing long hours at work all day.

the fit is good especially the width. The length is a fraction longer than big toe. My foot does not slip within shoe and heel cuff comfortable. I am nt aware of arch so don't know if supported or not. I have knee and back issues and these shoes have reduced the impact on both despite just being 4mm drop.

The toe box is very wide.

These are incredibly comfortable with a good toe box and the best cushioning I've seen in Altra, which I think is a huge improvement opportunity for them. Because of that, I'm returning and switching back to Hoka's. After a long run, it just pounds the pad under my big toe too hard leaving that area sorer. If that's not a problem for you, they're great. BTW, I have hallux rigidus which factors.

I needed a shoe with a wider toe box, and this definitely fits that requirement. They are also super cushy, but not a lot of support. They feel so good while walking, I'll order another pair in another color.

I have worn these shoes for several years and loved them. The new version FWD VIA 2 has changed. Material is very cheap. The show soles are very soft compared to my FWD VIA. So disappointed.
