The shoes are nice. My problem is with Zappos. They took a week to deliver, the shoebox was damaged badly. These were a gift and now it looks like they’ve been trampled. Zappos used to deliver products in two days for VIP customers and the products were always in great condition. When I chatted with customer service out it, I was basically told, tough luck. No help, no offer to replace the damaged package. I think I’ll migrate away from Zappos.

My new favorite shoes! They are super comfortable, almost feels like wearing a sneaker. Great for wide feet, don't bother me at all.

I am returning these shoes because they were too large. It's hard to tell when ordering online. Also, I did not find this style to be flattering.

Though the shoe felt relatively comfortable, there was a squeaking noise with every step I took! I can't imagine walking around in these with this noise!
