I've worn them my whole life. Bought them for my 14 year old son. Thinks they're really cool. They are.

The best shoe, ever. That said, there's no shame in getting a pair of gel inserts or something along those lines if you wear these every day.

I purchased these for a friend who received a red scooter for his birthday! He loved them because they matched his scooter and they were "Old School" style, like he wore as a young boy!

I've worn Converse since grammar school and they have always been well made, accurately sized and wear like iron. Forget trendy...these All Stars are a classic.

My husband has been wearing these shoes since 1956. A few years ago the local stores started carrying whole sizes only, so we were glad to find Zappos carries half sizes also. We have also been pleased with the service you provide.

My whole family loves these. Converse always run a 1/2 to a full size big. We all have to put insoles in them to have some support.

I am responding for my husband. These have been his favorite shoes for years. We just got married and he decided these were the shoes all of the guys were going to wear with their tuxedos. It looked awesome, everyone loved that unique touch to the outfit. Most of the groomsmen had never worn Chucks and I think we have made them all permanent wearers especially because of the comfort level. Sizing is a bit tricky, I am usually a size 8 1/2 but have to get these shoes in 7 1/2.

I love the Zappos staff and free shipping! These shoes are great. They do run large (both my daughter and I had the same experience with the Converse shoes). Do not buy them a size larger than your regular size as suggested by the manufacturer. Loved everyhing about Zappos.

Converse All Stars high tops are the one kind of sneakers I have worn since I was a baby and I love them. They are classics and I'd be lost without them.

These are so cool! They do run big. I am a size 6 and ordered a 5. It was too small so I exchanged for a 5.5 and they fit perfectly. Zappos is fantastic. They did the exchange even before I sent the originals back. Super fast shipping. This was done within a 3 day period...and for free!

Greatest shoe even? No. Most iconic? Maybe. Drop in a pair of orthotics or padded arch supports and you're good to go!

An obvious classic. Only note to those new to Converse- size down. I am a 7.5 to 8 in woman's shoes, but having worn Chucks for the past 10 years, I knew that I needed to order a 7 (and they're perfect!).

I normally wear a size 7 and ordered the man's size 5 (they are only sized for men), which was apparently equal to the woman's size 7. When I received them (next day of course!), and tried them on I knew I needed to get the next half size down (man's size 4 1/2) which I did and they are perfect. It's still roomy enough but are absolutely perfect to wear with or without socks. I love them. The color is great and they are a great all time comfy, hip, and timeless classic! By the way, I have a somewhat narrow foot and they are streamlined and elegant in cut.

Converse All Star High tops have been a tradition in our family. I wore canvas colored, my husband white, my oldest son red and my youngest now wears blue. We think it is great that my oldest son\'s girl friend arrived in teal high tops.
