Bought these as a Christmas present for my 11-year-old son after her was asking for them for months. They are great quality and he absolutely LOVES them, has hardly taken them off since getting them.

Although I've owned many pairs of Chuck's, this is the first time I've purchased the black monochrome high-tops, and I love them! I did have to size WAY down (I normally wear a 5.5 or 6 in woman's shoes, but purchased the 5 (or 3 in man's sizing). I gave them 4 Stars for comfort instead of five because my little toes feel a bit off if my sock seam isn't right (a problem I haven't experienced since I was a small child, though it could have something to do with my feet having spread during pregnancy!). Overall, I am a happy customer!

Bought for daughter. She thinks they are great. Only disappointment was she wanted to wear them with the laces half untied and they are a little loose for that. I told her to tie the laces or put on another pair of socks. Not really a complaint, just advice to parents buying shoes if the kid wants to wear them untied you may want a half size smaller than usual. Overall great shoes.

An excellent shoe for the fall or winter. The all-black colorway masks any dirt or scuff marks easily. These shoes dress up a simple getup, making you more stylish for a night out. If Wilt Chamberlain could score 100 points in these shoes you should be able to score once in them at least.

Love the shoes. The fit is great and the quality is what I expected from Converse. It's amazing how many people notice them.

I got these for Christmas, because I've always wanted red Converse high tops (they're classy!). But I got the wrong size and had to return them, so I had to go in search of these shoes for a reasonable price, in my size. It was pretty difficult actually. I was so glad when I found these, especially because the free shipping. I'm a womens size 10 and they fit perfectly (there is a little room in the toe, but it's fine if my feet grow). The color in this picture looks dark, but they aren't, they are a regular red color. I am very happy, these shoes are so cool, and would order from Zappos again!

What can I say? They're classics! I have a flat foot so, shoes with little to no arch always work best for me (see Chucks and/or Vans). I've worn Chucks for at least 15 years now. I can always count on them for a nice retro look. They're awesome to dress up or dress down. The black and white is one of the most versatile colors. My next pair will be the red and white high tops. Can't wait! I think most people order a half a size down in Chucks but, I usually order a full size. All of my vans are size 11 Mens and my Chucks fit perfectly in a size 10. If you like to have a little more room, I'd say size down half a size.

These shoes are my fsvorites. This is not my first pair. I wear them with jeans on weekends. The style is classic and just can't be beat.

I have been wearing this shoe for years. They hold up well and can survive a few trips through the wash. I would recommend them for anyone who wants a classic comfortable shoe.

Great shoes, just beware that they are no where near accurate in their sizing. I usually wear an 11 1/2 but bought a 10 1/2 and probably should have gone all the way down to a 10.

I ordered this shoe to go over my drysuit. Every time I were it, it gets wet. I like how quick it dries, and it has held up well.

Awesome shoe! I love it! Bought them in a men's size because they weren't available in women's. Totally funk/alternative. I wear it with skinny jeans or jeggings.

Great shoes, only downside is that they run big. I'd recommend about a size smaller.

They seem to run a little large. I ordered a 7.5 woman's and probably a 7 would have worked. Kept them anyway, very cute and fun.

I have to wear all black shoes for work and since I wear Vans when I'm not working I wanted something similar for work wear. These fit the bill perfectly. I have low-neutral arches so these feel great on my feet.

What can I say about Chuck Taylor's except that I've been wearing them since my kindergarten days (that's a long time, trust me). They don't have a big fat sole, or an air cushioned heel...in fact some people might say that it's like walking barefoot. But then walking barefoot is a good thing isn't it. Bottom line, they're simple, comfortable, inexpensive and if they get dirty you can throw them in the washing machine. Remember to buy a 1/2 to a full size smaller - they run big.

My son loves Chucks! This is his newest pair and he is wearing them every day. They seem to be holding up well to the constant use and still look great.

These sneakers are great! Very well made...durable...Chuck Taylor's will always bean enduring classic. I like that they made the pink for men, so I can wear them all October to support Breast Cancer research!
