Great classic shoe. It's comfortable right out of the box. The monochrome black is a stylish update to the original Chucks I wore in high school.

Bought for my daughter as size 12 womens shoes are hard to come by and we always find great shoes here. Color, fit and style are all spot on for her.

Chucks are great. Not much in he way of arch support but I like that anyway. I wear an 11 in almost all shoes. I got a 10.5 and they are plenty roomy. These shoes definitely run large. I’d go at least a half size down from your regular size.

Overall great! If you’re a converse lover you know they generally run a 1/2 size large but that ok! They fit great & what makes it even better was speed of delivery!! Zappos never disappoints!

Like others before me have stated, however not so eloquently as I am about to: one does not go in for a pair of classic Chuck Taylor hi-tops looking for comfort and support. You go in for them to bring back memories of your childhood, your adolescence, and, eventually, your young adulthood. I've owned countless pairs, in many colors (and at least one camouflage print!), worn the heck out of them, asked my mom to put them in the wash for me, had my friends sign their names on them, gotten blisters from wearing them without socks. Now, here I am, at nearly 60 years old, with my latest pair, a rather sedate navy blue, but they still look killer with the right pair if khakis, jeans or shorts. They seem to be more well-built than my last two pair (also manufactured in far-flung countries) yet still they offer very little comfort, virtually no support but massive style and timeless appeal. I can hardly wait until my first blister appears.

I bought these for the gym. I needed to have nice, flat shoes to do things like deadlifts for example. They look great and feel good once on and laced up. Since they're flat, I don't think there is any arch support, but I have flat feet anyway. They do run very big. I went a half size down and had to get a full size down with probably a bit more room than normal for my toes. These are a classic shoe though that feel good and look good. Happy with my purchase.

Amazing shoes, bought a half size smaller than my usual due to these running alil bigger. Definitely buying from here again!
