Due to feet challenged by bunions, hammertoes and the like, I order 4-5 pairs through Zappos in the hopes one will fit. This was the pair — very comfortable and they pass the “non-orthopedic” look test.

I was thrilled they came in wide with. They fit like a glove and I’m on my feet for 8-10 hours a day as a nurse. No blisters, no pain, extremely comfortable.

My feet are hard to pair with a good fitting shoe. I was shocked that the fit was perfect, and so adorable is the SoftWalk Savannah shoe. I wear orthotics normally, but knew before hand that I cannot wear orthotics with this type of shoe. I was shocked again when I stepped inside and felt this odd feeling under my foot. On closer inspection that odd feeling is that arch support this shoe says it has. It really does have some arch support. I believe I will be purchasing more shoes from SoftWalk. Thank you SoftWalk. More importantly thank you Zappos because I would have never knew a SoftWalk brand existed. I am a forever fan of Zappos. I am 60 years old, and wear a size 7 EE.

Rounded toe gave me room for my wide foot

It is a good enough shoe, but it pinched my bunion, so I have to return it. The foot bed looked very comfortable otherwise! Lots of padding, and well made. I used to always get just a straight up size 9, but perhaps I should get a 9 wide in the future. Although my foot is narrow, it's the bunion.

Very comfortable shoe and looks good with skirts, pants and jeans. The "string over the circle" on the toe that is meant to look like a buckle is just a piece of narrow string.....not a piece of heavy colored string but a thin piece of cream colored string. I will be coloring this string with a brown fabric marker because the cream color it makes the shoe look cheap. I feel the WW width is more like a W width. I ordered both a 7WW and 6-1/2WW. The 7 is the best fit for width but too long. The 6-1/2WW is perfect in length but a little too narrow so I hope it stretches out after wearing a few times. I really like the shoe.

It’s not you. It’s me. These shoes just happen to hit a couple of bones in my feet that make them uncomfortable. They are high quality, very good arch support and the color is beautiful. Bummer. I would highly recommend these to a friend.

This was the first time I tried the Sofft brand. Was very impressed with the amount of cushioned in sole especially in the forefoot area where I needed it the most. The arch support is very nice as well.

Comfortable fit. I like the background material. In comparison, the fake buckle doesn't match the rest of the pretty styling. It is glued and stitched on with wide stitches. That just doesn't work for me.

This shoe was included with the shoes good for people with bunions. It is a beautiful shoe but too narrow for this catagory.

I love these shoes so much I went back and ordered them a half a size larger width. They were still too tight. I take a WW. Really wanted it to work

Length good, but despite the rounded toe it still felt too cramped across my toes. Tempted to try wide width instead of my normal medium however these are actually black with tan, and slightly fur-like edging, they are not black with white, so I probably won't.

My heels slipped easily in and out of the shoes with walking. I ordered the same shoe half a size smaller, and it fit much better.

Because of bunions and narrower heels, I purchased these shoes in a medium and a narrow width. Medium width generally work, but cute as this shoe is, and comfortable, I could not keep them on my feet in the medium width. The narrow width felt like a tightened vice grip on my foot. So so sad, because these are super-cute shoes.

Even though I usually wear a 9.5 WW this 9 EE was OK. It was long enough and the rounded toe was not tight. I would've liked a dark brown but when I find shoes in my size I have to get what is available. Had to return 2 pairs before I found these. Zappos is great by making returns so easy.

I liked the look of the shoe. It was tight across the upper part of my foot.

Not true to width as stated. I usually have no issues with width when I order from Zappos. Disappointed.

Ordered this in my usual size (9W) and it was so long it was slipping off my heels. Otherwise a comfy and very cute ballet flat.

These are nice and soft but don't provide enough support for my busy feet.
