These shoes were so undersized that I couldn't even get them on my feet without stretching them out, even though I got two other pairs that were supposedly the same size but from different brands, and they both fit fine. I might try again with a larger size, because the build quality was decent for the price, and the felt like they might be comfortable if they fit.

Laces, stitching, and rubber cushion on the bottom started falling apart within 3 months of owning. Wish I would have gotten a warranty or similar. If support wants to reach out and discuss, I'd be happy to chat.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. As the reviews say, these shoes are WAY smaller than their designated size. I literally couldn't get the 9W on my foot even though that's my size in all other shoes I own.

This brand seems to run a full size, or even 2 full sizes smaller than marked. And the “Wide” is what I would consider medium, if not narrow.

Great looking shoe but I can’t even get my foot inside of it. My size is 8.5W and because shoe sizing appears to differ by brand, I bought this as a 9W. It is labeled as such. Again, I am unable to get my foot inside the shoe even after taking the laces off. So disappointing because the shoe looks great.
