BEST SHOES EVER!!! I was almost killed in a high speed car accident 16 years ago, and have now had a total of 26 surgeries due to the accident. My right foot has been completely rebuilt 3 times now, and is fused in my ankle and right MTP Joint. My left foot MTP Joint is fused as well. I have had a total of 9 orthopedic foot/ankle surgeries now, and have tried every brand of running shoe that exists. My Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Chief of Surgery highly recommended I try New Balance after my recent surgery. I am thrilled he recommended this specific model, because it accommodates people who have serious foot issues/long history of surgeries too. These are absolutely my favorite shoes to be able to walk in with my dog daily. They bring me so much comfort on a level I never knew could exist. I also have a Spinal Fusion that was done 2 years ago, and it relieves my lumbar back pain. My knee pain is totally gone as well. I fractured everything known to man in my car accident, and my body is degenerating at a very rapid rate. These shoes make me so happy I can’t express enough how good they make my bad feet feel daily! Thank you New Balance! Never change this shoe!

Very disappointed in New Balance shoes. Most, if not all, of their really good series of shoes eg: 840, 877, 1540 have been replaced with this new gimmicky "fresh foam". I felt like I was walking on a trampoline & going to roll my ankle. If you need stability, like the roll bar technology, you will have to find a different brand of shoes.

I'm very happy with these sneakers! They are comfortable and well-made. They have great cushioning and support, but are also lightweight and flexible. While they are definitely pricey, the quality is noticeably high.

These sneakers were designed for runners, but I wear them all day long for good support at home, exercise walking, and doing errands. I struggle to find comfy and supportive sneakers in narrow width and I'm grateful that Zappos offers several narrow brands and styles.

I bought these for my daughter who teaches school and stands all day. She is a long time NB wearer because she has wide feet. She had always worn a 6.5 W. When she needed a better fit because of getting older/feet wider, she knew she needed the WW, but found them hard to find. So when I saw these I ordered them for her. Both she and I have tried going up a size when we needed something wider and although it sort of worked we did not like the look. She hasn't tried them out at work yet, but was very happy with how they felt and looked.

Extremely lightweight and comfortable, I don't typically buy sneakers at this price point, but they certainly are worth it. Literally saving my feet from cheaper brands/styles. Love, love, love the brightness too!

Fit comfortably pretty good

Not enough support for foot arch.

Very comfy, though the toebox is not as wide as the prior 1080.

Foam on heels to cushy and felt unbalanced when heels landed on surface.

The shoe itself fit fine. The issue was the foam on the heels were too soft and felt unbalanced.

I have been wearing 1080V14 for several years. I have always ordered a wide and sized up a half size so i could wear arch supports. The 1080V15 (wide) looks narrower in the to box and would have been ok if I hadn't needed to add arch support (these had very little). So although attractive, they are no longer the same shoe. So stocking up on the 14s!

I purchased these for my mother. They are replacing an older pair of the 1080s. Her feet swell so she has to wear the wider widths. These sneakers are some of the only ones she can wear. So far so good. They are pricey but they are good sneakers.
