Disappointed - After reading the rave reviews about the comfort of the shoe I ordered it. I wore them for a day of visiting my daughter in college then to the mall (not a tremendous amount of walking, but fair)...the lower outside set of straps was absolutely DIGGING into my foot. I had to sit and wait for everyone else to finish shopping because I couldn't walk in them any more. I have since worn them once to work (less walking) and they were okay then. Cute on...nice style...I wouldn't recommend them for walking though.

Comfortable but noisy - I like the look of this shoe, and the soft footbed is very comfortable, but the air squishing out between my foot and the footbed is so noisy that I feel self conscious every time I wear them. I've only worn them a few times now, so I am hoping that they will quiet down with wear.

Black Patent Tries Too Hard - I got these shoes in the red and they were so cute and comfortable I decided to order the black too. But the black was way too shiny and had an entirely different look. I purchased them in wide which I can't/don't usually do and my feet seemed happy about that. The red are perfect. It's a toned down, sort of candy apple red--a great color. The black would have been much better not in patent. Overall they feel like someone made a cast of my foot and then made the shoe. Oh, yeah and the shoes came the very next day after I ordered them!! How do they do that??? You rock, Zappos!

Too shiny for my taste. I like the style of these, but was surprised by their shiny appearance. The brown I ordered looks more coppery than brown. I debated whether to keep them because they do seem comfy. I decided they were too shiny for my taste, so I will be returning them. As others say, Zappos customer service is excellent and they give prompt refunds.

These are some of the cutest sandals I've seen. I wear a 9.5 2A and have 1 pair of Sofft pumps that are perfect in width. However, these sandals were too wide. The straps over the toes fit perfectly, but the straps over the top of the foot were sized like a medium. I ordered two pair (black and red, that's how much I liked them) and they both fit the same.

Too narrow!! Okay, I do have a wide foot, but I've never ordered a shoe in a wide width that was not wide enough until these sandals. They are so cute, but the straps across the foot are just too tight. I'm returning them tomorrow.

Cute but too wide - These are cute but the narrows are not very narrow. I have to send them back.
