I did a review on the same shoe 2 days ago, and i guess I will just have to copy paste the review. I reordered the same shoe hoping to get the correct size, well… it’s the wrong size again!!!! 6 M is NOT 6 W! Strike 2! The only consolation is the CSR i spoke with this time is helpful and courteous and has accountability! Thank you to you!

I ordered M width and I got a W width. Customer service representative simply tells you to return the item and will get a refund. If you want replacement, it will be after the returned item is received or it can be processed now by charging you for another item ( even though it is not the customer’s fault that a wrong item was received!). How nice is that? Now a gift will not be gifted in time, you can be paying for two items and will just have to wait for your refund…. Is that how you correct your mistake? At the expense of your customer?
