I ordered M width and I got a W width. Customer service representative simply tells you to return the item and will get a refund. If you want replacement, it will be after the returned item is received or it can be processed now by charging you for another item ( even though it is not the customer’s fault that a wrong item was received!). How nice is that? Now a gift will not be gifted in time, you can be paying for two items and will just have to wait for your refund…. Is that how you correct your mistake? At the expense of your customer?

I did a review on the same shoe 2 days ago, and i guess I will just have to copy paste the review. I reordered the same shoe hoping to get the correct size, well… it’s the wrong size again!!!! 6 M is NOT 6 W! Strike 2!
The only consolation is the CSR i spoke with this time is helpful and courteous and has accountability! Thank you to you!

This ON Cloudrunner 3 sneaker fit well and true to its width. I noticed plenty of arch support and a very comfortable, cushioned fit. Would certainly purchase again.

Saucony (if you're foot is a natural width), Nike (for anyone)

Sturdy shoe. Fits an orthotic. But put pressure on the metatarsals of both feet. Otherwise, really like the shoe.
Can't really compare this shoe to other brands due to the cloud technology.

I have been having me problems and when walking on my treadmill, felt pain afterward. I thought I might try a different pair of shoes so I bought these. I have not had any knee pain after my walks or runs since wearing these. I would highly recommend them.

The width was not as roomy as my Hoka wide shoes, which I've worn for years. The top of the shoe felt tight against the dorsal aspect of my feet.

Fit and size was fine. Very comfortable shoe on my feet. The next day after only wearing for a short time in the house the day before, I woke up with terrible pain in my knees and shin. I do have arthritis in my knee and usually wear a shoe that doesn't rock when walking or with so much cushion in it. I went on line seems that other people have complained of the same issues. Great sneaker if you don't suffer from these things, but I can't wear these.

This was my first time buying On shoes and I wanted to love them because the color is fantastic—even better in person. Several of my siblings wear Ons and love them. Maybe I didn’t order the right size, but these don’t hit my feet right. I’m used to wearing Topos so the toebox on these is noticeably tighter. I’m dealing with some tendinitis and in wearing these around the house I wasn’t sure they would give me enough stability or arch support.

I finally decided to get a pair of ON’s but unfortunately they are not what everyone has said about them. They felt good when I first put them on, decided they were going to be great and had to take them off after 2 hours and haven’t touched them since. Should’ve read the return policy before ordering.

Nothing like the previous cloud runners which I’ve purchased 3 pairs. These feel like bricks on your feet (similar to Hokas). Less attractive too

I love the support of these shoes but the toe box is less roomy and not a high as the Hoka brand I normally buy. On tends to have some very odd colors but this color is nice and works with a lot of running outfits as well as giving me the support I need when running or exercising.
