I've been searching for a pair of workout sneakers that feel as comfortable as my current (read "old") Nike's - with great frustration. This pair caught my eye and I am quite pleased with them. They are not too stiff and feel pretty comfortable. I'll always wish for more arch support as my arches are high, but this pair should work well, especially as I continue to break them in.

Perfect fit. Excellent arch and heel support with comfortable toe box. Lightweight and vented for warmer weather.

These shoes check off all of my boxes: good arch support, solid heel, enough support around the ball of the foot- but they are just a bit stiff. I'm thinking this will get better with wearing them. They work for my achilles tendonitis so I'm happy to have them for walking- I think for strength training and step I would use a shoe with a tad more give, especially in the front half of the foot.

size 9 med was okay with width in toebox but, heels were too big. Shoes came up too high on sides. Did not like color.

These feel cheap. Kind of stiff and something about the laces makes them feel cheap–they're hard to pull through the eyelets.
