Been wearing the Arishis for years and years, still have my V1s.
Not the usual "glued to your feet" feel that I'm used to with NB which is why I predominantly choose them. My usual size felt a bit big and the heel would slip as I walked. Ordered a half size down and it seems better but now tows are a but cramped.
Laces are also cheap and thin but overall decent shoes when got for sale price.

I bought the 9.5 size for my husband. He wears size 9 in regular shoes, but he needs a 1/2 size more in a running shoe. When he tried these on, his toe hit right at the end of the shoe. I'm going to try another brand as I don't want to get 1/2 size more and maybe it still will be too short.

So I have a problem finding shoes in my size (14 4E) and this shoe style has always come in clutch for the price. There isn't another shoe brand that competes, the one drawback with these is the toe box is a little narrow compared to other versions of this shoe. But overall still king!

I bought these shoes recently and they've proven to be quite comfortable for the price point. They also breathe quite well, which helps in warm climates. They're not the most luxurious or velvety or whatever (which is why they get a 4 and not a 5), but you should know what you're going into buying any shoe that's at a reasonable price. It's nice that they come in a variety of sizes too, since shoe shopping is difficult for me (14 4E).
It's a good simple shoe that breathes well, and sometimes that's all you need!

After receiving my new NEW BALANCE FRESH FOAM shoes I wore them for approximately two hours in my home while doing weekly chores.
The soles of my feet started to become very uncomfortable and to the point of giving me pain! The constuction of the soles of the shoes must be of a honeycomb design. This is what it felt like to me. I have never felt this type of discomfort with any of the NEW BALANCE shoes I have purchased over the years. Or with any other brand of shoe I have purchased!!
I'd also recommend:
99% of the shoes I have purchased from ZAPPOS have been NEW BALANCE

Your weight is a issue as for how long these sneakers will feel comfortable for you. Mine lasted a very short time and I needed to return them.
Lesson learned, what you pay is what you get.

New Balance is usually my 14 EEEE go to shoe but this shoe was a bit narrow and small and did not feel comfortable. The overall construction of the shoe especially the tongue and laces seem cheaply made.

To be fair, I returned this pair only because of the size difference. I typically wear 11.5 size shoe. When I purchased the shoe, I also purchased another pair of new balance shoes with the same size. While the other pair fit perfect this pair was too snug. I was able to get my feet in the shoes, but they are not true to size. I would suggest getting another size up if you’re interested in this pair.
