After reading reviews, I covered my bases and ordered the Glycerin 23s in 9 (my usual 1/2 size larger than shoe size) and 9.5 because some people felt the shoe ran small and sizing up was a good choice. My usual size was indeed too small. It felt like my big toe was cramped, but it also felt like the toe box was narrower. My toes felt a little numb after walking around the house for a short time. So I put those aside and tried on the shoes that are 1/2 size larger than my usual Glycerin size. They felt roomier, of course, but the fit was off. I felt like my foot was not sitting right in the shoe. I did not feel secure. So I put those aside as well. They are both going back (Thank you, Zappos, for continuing to make shopping as low stress as possible. Never change.) I am very disappointed in Brooks. I have worn Glycerins going back to the 12s. I felt confident ordering the same size and style every year, sometimes 2 pair, because they fit perfectly and never caused any issues. Why they decided to change the sizing of this shoe is a complete mystery to me. They made the best cushioned running shoe on the market for older runners, but they don't any longer. I bought a pair of Hoka Bondi 9s that are great. I will be trying a few other brands, but I'm done with Brooks.

Best Glycerins in a long time. I go back to at least Glycerin 11s and thru the years have gone to different brands. Love the 23s. I sized up to a 10 as it felt, and has felt the last few editions, 1/2 size short. Great but firm cushion, supportive and light. I Run 40+ miles a week and definitely feel a difference running in these compared to my Bondi 9s which can feel heavy. Glycerin’s are just as good for an everyday shoe as well.

Really love the Glycerin 23! Every bit as good as the Glycerin 22. No noticeable difference.

Ghost glycerin shoes offer both cushioning and support. The cushioning is not mushy. The shoe feels stable and great for brisk walking and for the gym.

Size 5.5 fit perfect , snug fit for my narrow heals , enough toe box room , I can feel the plushness , good for my high arches , very well made , sturdy , thick , padded tongue z, perfect laces , and looks very cool , I love them

Really like this shoe. Very comfortable with plenty of room in length and toe box. Easy to accommodate professional orthotics. I purchased them in two different colors, wearing one each week.

My foot is very hard to find shoes that don't need some kind of added help in order to fit. Brooks are my go to shoe. I have worn Brooks for years and now apparently everyone else is as well. Good support, fit is true to size and very stylish.

Heel sinks in when you stand on it, causing ankle instability. Loud squeaking noise with walking

Their wide shoes are a little snug and I just need to go up half a size, wanted to do an exchange, and I’m not allowed to… That’s sad.

I really like them could use more support.

I’ve only logged 20 miles so far but have enjoyed them so far! Using for long/easy miles.
