I do not think that you can ever go wrong with Nike sneakers. Every time I order, the size is true, the colors last, they provide the very best support. And, of course, the best place to buy them is through Zappos. You cannot beat the free shipping and free returns.

This is the best place ever. I was telling my brother how great and nice they are and actually had tears in my eyes. There is no better service anywhere.

Price was competitive with in store but more important, the size/width was available. Will use Zappos more often. The wife was right.

Zappos is truly above all the rest! Your customer service and ease of shopping is the best out there! I bought shoes for my husband that he didn't wear for over a year until we went on a 3 week cruise vacation. They squeaked every time he took a step which became quite embarrassing. A call to Zappos and he had a new pair the very next day!

I know Nike markets this shoe for crosstraining, but I use this model as a lawn mowing shoe. I like the fit, the higher ankle support and the feel/cushioning of walking in them. It was a toss up between these and a similar New Balance product. The NB's just seemed a little to "orthopedic shoe" to me.

I buy 3 or 4 pairs per year, as I am a painter who covers a lot of ground in a day. They are my personal shoe of choice. Works for me.

This is my sixth pair of Nike Air Monarch's. This is the first time via Zappos. I usually go to the Nike outlet. As far as I am concerned this is the finest shoe that Nike produces, walking comfort from day one of wearing and the extra wide fitting is outstanding. I will buy these again and again. I will also use Zappos again. Great Deal.

I had looked everywhere for these shoes in a 11 1/2 4E and someone had suggested Zappos. I went online and found them in the size and color he wanted! I ordered them right away no shipping charge and they were here in just a few days! He was surprised and now I am going to order the same shoe and size in another color! Thanks Zappos! You are the best!

I find these sneakers to be a great comfortable everyday do just about anything sneaker and they're a great value. Sure they're not flashy, but that's one of the reasons I like them. About the only knock would be that if you walk in a wet dirt area, make sure to take them off when you go inside. The sole grills really keep the dirt in until it dries and then it will leave a trail through the house.

These are the worst shoes ever! They squeak! I have tried three pairs and they all make noise! I will never ever order these again!

The reviews all said they were true to size I wear an 8 in all my other shoes so I ordered an 8. I had to return and get a 9. The service was good! I really like the shoes!

I love these shoes. I know people complain about the squeak. For all of you, pull up the inside sole near the back and dump some powder in there and you will be squeak free. The powder will stop the squeak. You may have to do it again in 6 months but this does work. Great comfortable shoes and now stealthy!

Hey! I eliminated the squeaking by removing the insoles and sprinkling Gold Bond powder under them. It worked!

These are my 4th pair of Nike Monarchs in 8 years. I wear 14 4E and they are extremely comfortable. I walk about 1 to 1.5 miles 5 times a week on a dirt road and am constantly moving around my office. The squeaks occurred a little in my other pairs but these new ones were very loud "crunching" sounds, both shoes, right out of the box from Zappos. I wore them for a week thinking I had to break them in and the crunching would go away. My office staff (and wife) finally said "do something or change your shoes". I took the on line advice, pulled up the inner soles (very easy to do), spread baby powder (talc) along the inside generously, slipped the thin inner sole back in and walked across the office wood floor with only the sound of my foot on the floor - no crunching, no squeaking whatsoever. Amazing! So simple. Now I'm thinking what other color/design Monarch should I buy for variety.

The crunching and squeaking noise can be eliminated by removing the insoles and spreading talcum or baby powder in the shoe, replacing the insoles and walking in the shoes for several minutes. I did that on two pairs of Air Monarchs and now they are quiet.

I liked what everyone else liked with these shoes. I finally read a review to make the noise stop. Take out the inner sole and liberally sprinkle baby powder in the bottom then replace sole. I did this and was amazed how well it worked. I had to repeat the process one other time and then it quit all together. One would think Nike, with its resources, could figure this out.

The item arrived sooner than anticipated which was a plus. The item was ad shown. Good quality for the price. Definitely recommend!

A great all purpose sneaker that is comfortable and versatile and runs true to size/width. Normal, decent arch support.

This is my 7th or 8th pair of Nike air monarchs. They are the best fitting most comfortable shoes I have ever wore. I wear the 4E width and its hard to find shoes comfortable for my wide feet, these fit great every time. This is the first time I bought from Zappos. The Price is good and shipping was free. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Zappos is the only place that always has my size and at a great price! I'm on my feet 8 - 14 hrs a day, these are the only shoes that don't wear out, my feet never hurt.
