These are the only tennis shoes that I wear. I think I have owned over 6 pairs and have a pair on the side so that when they current ones wear out I have another pair to fall back on. I have had some that squeak but most recently they have not. and I see some men with them on and hear the squeak and just start to laugh at myself. as I know that they are going thru. I will only wear these shoes thanks zappos and nike too !!

I have dealing with foot pain related to flat foot since last 6 years. These shoes combine switch "sole" brand insoles (make sure you remove the default soles the shoes come with) has helped me get rid of my pain in the foot and bring out the mich need arch. Now I go running and biking without any discomfort.

Great shoe!! I have bought a pair every year for the past 6yrs (sometimes twice) compare to other brands nothing comes close to the arch support and that why I continually buy the monarchs and yes they are noisy most likely due to amount of tread, but I can live with for the support. But lets make one thing clear for the price go for it! The greatest fit will always belong to the Air Jordan's Mike wore as part of the dream team, there has never been a better sneaker made in my opinion and that is why the expense.

I have owned at least 10 pairs of this shoe. The wide wide is key for me which makes these quite comfortable.

Purchased these shoes for my father as a birthday gift. He's usually worn New Balance, but has told me now that he loves this new pair more! I know the Air Monarch give great support which he needed and it was awesome to see they actually had some color flare! I didnt want to purchase the generic 'old man' all white or black orthodic looking shoe. Im impressed and so glad I made this purchase for my father. Thanks Zappos!!

Not bad,very comfortable

Fits perfectly as ordered, comfortable, and now I have a springy step!

I bought these for my husband and this is his third time around with these sneakers. As in a previous review, they are multifunctional. While they are new and respectable, he'll wear them for work. Then he'll use them for weekends. Then, they'll become his workout sneakers. And yes, we'll probably buy them again!

Husband is a police officer; ordered these Nike shoes purely for the comfort since he is on his feet, a lot. They are not stylish but certainly not ugly. Good shoe, they look and feel (according to my husband) durable and of good quality. He likes them.

The Nike Air Monarch IV provides a great solution for a most comfortable sport shoe that I can wear with multiple outfits, sport or casual. So far, it provides a support unlike any of the other sport shoes that I have ever owned. The contemporary colours and style were also a determining factor to order this shoe. Not disappointed in anyway. Many other shoes I use at the gym do not have the front toe support in the front for doing planks.

This is alright shoe. Not one of my favorite pair of Nike's that I have ever bought but not bad enough to return them. It's a clunky shoe that has great support and performs like a Nike.

I have owned 3 pairs of Nike Air Monarch IV's and in general I have had good luck with them. They are comfortable on my feet, when I usually find that shoes pinch my 'ring' toes, which is rare to find. For my work I am on my feet for 9 hours a day, and typically walk 10-12 miles each day. The I do not suffer from foot pain wearing these like I did when I used to wear other tennis/trainers. They typically last me around 6 months of use, or around 1,400 miles before I have to replace them. On one pair I owned, the rubber traction sole on the bottom was not properly glued on, so after about 200 miles it started squeaking. This was fixed easily with some strong adhesive.

This is the second pair of this shoe I bought and I love them. They are great for just walking around or at the gym. The run small, so I usually wear a 12 and order a 13.

I had to return the shoes due to the fact I have wide feet. I ordered a size 4 EE wee and they were still snug, other than that nothing wrong with the sneaker. I called customer service and that's where this company really raises the bar, The person who helped me was professional, patient and polite. It was probably the best Internet transaction I've ever had.

These shoes were much, much too small. It seems as though they were mislabeled. Trying to break them in was not even an option. They had to be returned.

While these shoes fit nicely and get the job done, the stitching is already coming apart after a week of wear. I guess you get what you pay for on some sites.

Super comfy-a bit bulky and large-ofeels like walking on pillows

My son specifically requested these as his back to school shoes, and they last great. This is his second pair and with daily wear they are still holding up great.

I have been buying these shows for years. Recently I was off to SXSW and needed comfortable shoes for all of the walking I did. These shoes didn't let me down!

My son wears a 14 EEE. I would purchase a second pair if he wasn't 15 and still growing.

fit was good from the first wearing - not to flashy and perfect for my dad.

I bought these for my husband since the Sketchers I usually bought him were discontinued and the replacement was made slightly differently and they didn't fit quite right and were very uncomfortable. I dug through the Zappos website trying to find a replacement and finally settled on this pair. Hopefully these don't discontinue anytime soon, because he loves them and he is very hard to please with sneakers. (Maybe I should stock up?) He finds that this sneaker offers excellent support for walking or playing outside with the kids (he even jogged 5k with me in them) He has very large stocky feet and it is difficult to find size 14/15 that both look nice and are comfortable and these fit the bill.
