Super cute, BUT because of the lip on the heel, you constantly step on it. If these were true mules with no heel piece or were a true loafer, I’d buy them in a heartbeat.

When I opened the box, I could tell they had been returned. There was a long hair on one of the shoes. The shoes were not wrapped in paper like new out of the box. Also, the shoes were dark around the outside of the toe and heel areas. Very disappointed that I received these in this condition. Zappos, you can do better!
The shoes also rubbed my heel. I am returning for a full refund.

The fit was fine, length, width but the shoe flaps at your heel. The buckle does nothing to tighten it. I have worn mules for years, many different brands but I’ve never had one that does what this one does. So disappointed because I loved the style, color and quality. I should have listened to the reviews.
