I have several pairs of Born shoes, mostly over 5 years old and still in great condition. This shoe did not feel like the same quality I had come to expect from Born. Simply a poorly made shoe with uncomfortable stitching on the inside heel, my heel slipped out even though it was my correct size. For me, not a comfortable shoe.

I am really happy with these. I almost always need wide width shoes, but it has been difficult to find a wide leather lug sole loafer. I took a chance on these, and they were comfortable straight out of the box—and much higher quality leather than the others I’ve seen in wide. So, this may not be the shoe for someone with a narrow foot, but I am glad it works for me! Also, the color is fun. Indoors, it could be mistaken for black, but is quite a bright blue in the sun. A nice way to inject a bit of personality into professional outfits!

These are beautiful shoes. The cherry color is a deep burgundy that can act as a neutral. The leather is quite flexible. I usually wear size 11 in Born and these felt about a half size too long and were loose/slippy in the heel. The toe box is fine. Unfortunately, they don't come in 10.5 and I almost gave up on them. However, with a pair of padded heel grips and a set of sole inserts, they work quite well and I get to keep them.

These loafers are a beautiful color. Very comfortable without a break in period. They feel a bit larger than a typical 7.5, but the 7 was too small. Love them!

Overall, the shoe was true to size in length & width - but my left heel slips out. I can pad it, no problem. Right foot toe box is a bit snug -- only because I have a bunion. I'm sure a bit of stretching will solve that. It's a lovely shoe -- looks good and is comfortable. Not many loafers have a real arch, which is a plus. My favorite things: the color (burgundy) and the soles -- chunky and shock absorbing!

Beautiful dark brown loafer. I have tried many loafers in the last several weeks and these definitely fit the best. I have a narrow foot (just bought medium width) and they fit perfectly. There is slight slippage in the heel so I'm glad I bought the 6.5 instead of my usual 7. I want to wear these as dress sandals so no heavy socks. Very well constructed shoe with high quality.

I wanted to love these, and took a chance. I ordered a size up from my regular size... I wear a 9.5 and ordered the 10. Should have tried a 9. Not sure how I feel about the vinyl material. They are soft, and fit my slightly wide foot great, but I have to return them. I've had many pairs of Born in the past, and I loved those, but not this pair.

These shoes are gorgeous. I love the shiny blue leather and the clunky-but-elegant shape. Unfortunately, they are too big for my foot by nearly half a size, at least in the back. They would have worked with thick socks, I think, but I had bought another pair of shoes that fit me better. When it's cold enough for thick socks here in Dallas, I usually put ankle boots on, so I'm sending these back.

The shoe fit fine; in fact, one of the best fitting loafers I have tried. I just didn't care for the style. I tried.

The whole shoe fit very strangely Too wide, too big and heel small but slippage at the same time.

Beautiful but way too stiff and too small. I don’t recommend these shoes.

Very cute shoes. Love the blue color. That’s where to good part ends. I’m a true 9 M and these in a 9 M are painfully too tight and too small. The leather is stiff and cheap. The actual craftsmanship of the shoes is very poor. Returning immediately.
