Runs smaller and narrower. I’m glad I read the reviews before I bought the boots. I’m a 7 regular width. I bought 7 1/2 wide . Fit perfectly!

I got these to wear on a long haul flight, knowing my feet would swell. Worked perfectly. So comfortable with adequate arch support. They are suede so I doubt they’ll be good in inclement weather, but that’s okay.

This shoe felt like it was made incorrectly for my foot. Not a good fit at all. The look is just OK.

Edited review: though I liked these boots, the sloppy fit of the heel is not worth the trouble to try to fix and I must return them. Hope I can find another style with a narrower heel and roomy toe box. :-(

I bought size 10W; the toe box is comfortable but the heel is slipping. Since the overall shoe is what I wanted, I'm going to try heel pads.

I ordered the (w) wide and they don’t seem wide at all. My feet are pretty wide, so it might be me. But other than that, really cute!

I ordered the wide and it fits the widest part of my foot well. The toe area narrows more than I'd like.

I thought these might work for me because they were AA but my foot is very low volume and my heal is quite narrow, so while they worked at the front part of my foot they were still too wide and my heal was moving up and down too much to not blister. They seem to be very good quality and so few brands have a narrow sizing I was cautiously optimistic but there was just too much room around the ankle and top/front of my foot.

Leather was nice and soft. Felt smaller in width and length than a normal size 8M. Boot has good arch support and comfortable. Disappointed that the boots didn't work for me.

I ordered a size 9 w which was too big all overall nice shoe but I noticed everybody is making shoes that's pointed instead of making a more rounded toe this is so the toes are not scrunched together maybe I should have ordered a size 8.5 w

The outer sole of this shoe is really soft such that you could easily sneak up on someone. If found the ankle boot/shoe to be too narrow for my feet, which are regular sized except for a bunion, which makes me appreciate wide shoes. These shoes felt long for their size, and the arch support was misplaced for my foot. I felt a bump right at the beginning of my arch, where it touches the heel. This is probably because the shoe didn't fit well. If it had fit well, I can imagine that the arch support would be excellent. I preferred the Joseph Seibel look-alike better.

I ordered size 10.5, but a pair of size 10 arrived in a box that was marked 10.5.

The boot fits true to size. It took one wearing to break them in - I got some blisters on my toes on the first day, but haven’t had any since. They have stretched a bit in terms of the width, so they feel wider and sloppier on my foot than when I first got them, which was disappointing. My feet aren’t quite narrow width but they are a little narrower than the average B. The width was great at first and now I need to wear heavier socks with the boots. All that aside, they are very comfortable. Wearing them is like wearing fancy sneakers!

Incredibly comfortable, I have a wide foot and these were a little too wide (I ordered W) The soles are very comfortable and springy could walk in them for a long time and be comfortable.

I want support (which this shoe has!) but I also wanted comfort. Also did not realize that the inside is fleece-lined.

A comfortable and supportive boot. I bought the black suede which has a slightly worn look at the toe. I am not sure if a design feature or a sign of being batted around in the box -- unfortunately these did not come in the original box. I bough these in wide fir the extra leather across the top to accommodate a high volume foot. The footbed itself is not very wide so these would be too narrow for someone who needs a C or D width. I also found them to run a bit short and took a half size larger than in most other brands. I would have preferred a less round and more almond shaped toe but these are fine for what I need.

Really wanted to like these boots, but did not seem to have a lot of support. I ordered a narrow width and they still were too wide, even with socks. I liked the look of them, very urban and casual, but they just did not work for me.

very light weight and looked & felt great when walking; the only reason for the return was it rubbed on the inside of my ankle

I love these boots but even at a half size larger my big toe on one foot rubs on the edge. The curve of the toe is just a tad too much for my foot. I sadly have to return them.

The leather was a little stiff at first, but after wearing the boots around the house for a couple of hours, the leather felt soft and supple. I generally wear an 8 slim to narrow. I am glad I chose narrow this time because these boots run narrow. I bought them to wear to work and they look very stylish with dress slacks.

These have a nice arch support and fit well except for the toe box. I should've listened to the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size up. I'm trying that next.

SoftWalk Wesley boots are stylish and fit the appearance of shoes I'm seeking, but my 10SS feet are hard to fit. I hoped these booties would work with winter socks, but my hopes were dashed. The narrow width is too wide. The leather is a bit stiff and rubbed my toes and the side of my heels, though I was wearing thick socks. Thanks to Zappos, I am able to try until I find a better fit.
