I'm really assuming the above info re: size, width + support because I never could get the shoe on my foot! As another reviewer indicated, the opening looked wide, but it is not, and if you have any sort of foot arch at all, I doubt you could get it on either. Cute boot, but very poor design.

The slip in feature is so nice. But the heel is heavy and they are really clunky. They are fine for sitting. But, especially with my bad hip, they are just too heavy.

These are cute and I really like the color, light gray, but very uncomfortable which is odd for Skechers. I typically love Skechers but these have no give, very stiff. My feet were hurting as soon as I tried them on.

The shoe impossible to slip into with socks on. Even barefoot, it was difficult and I don't have a wide foot or ankle. The issue wasn't with the size in length or width but the opening was too tight to clear. I was able to force the show on while barefoot and it felt about 1/2 size too short in length. Other wise, the shoe is well made and cute just not doable for me. Was expecting to love it but it didn't work out.

The shoes came used! There was no packaging in the shoe box and no labels, tags, etc. There was a nickel-sized scuff on the suede that the previous buyer tried to cover up with make-up. The heels looked like they were worn outside on pavement. Poor quality control.
