First of all these boots are gorgeous!!!! The problem I had was the wide calf width. It wasn't stated what the calf size was. I took a chance hoping they would fit my calves since I have lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately they don't fit. BUT the boot is a beautiful boot.

The book fit very large and side on my feet. Also the zipper on the right book is a big frayed. I'm returning it because the style and fit of this kind of book do not work for me.

These are my absolute favorite boots, probably EVER (and I have a lot of boots)! They are comfortable, easy to put on (with a zipper) and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I can't wear them without getting lots of compliments. One man yelled "I like your boots" from all the way across the street! There is also nice detailing at the back of the heel which I didn't notice in the photographs! All in all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Im normally an 8 but for boots I usually like to go a half size larger and thats what I did here and thats worked out well. The fit is good and allows some wiggle room for thicker socks on colder days.I originally ordered the color french burgundy and it was wayyy too red vs a deeper burgundy as pictured on the website. Ended up exchanging for the copper which is more of light brown neutral and Im really happy with that choice as its more versatile to style with different outfit choices.

The shaft was very wide on the pair I bought - not even wearable with so much extra girth around my leg. I am average build - certainly don't have slender legs. I would have thought I got send extra wide instead of regular - but that wasn't indicated on the box. I normally love SE shoes, so this was a disappointment.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. They run true to size and the wide calf fits me perfectly. The dark brown suede is a gorgeous color.
