These are very durable shoes. I can do all of the CrossFit things in them. My feet feel like theyre in a comfortable snow glove, and my toes have plenty of room to move around and splay.

I got these to try something different. I had the RAD but the toe box is so narrow my toes were going numb. This shoe definitely has a wider toe box. It's comfortable for high impact. . running, jumping, biking, etc. Not my favorite for squats though. Heel is a little elevated. Overall the shoe is great but it's bigger than RAD or the other TYR cross training shoes.

I really loved it. Good quality and design. I liked the blue color. It is very pretty color.

I have wide feet and this shoe fits me perfectly. It has just the right amount of cushion and stability.

My feet are on the narrow side so I don't feel supported in this shoe. My ankles rub, as well.

Ok shoe, very stable in the gym. One big problem though, the back of the shoe has worn the skin off of the Achilles portion of my foot. Ive been wearing tape in hopes the heel breaks in eventually. Ive had other shoes fit like this before and Id imagine this is where the shoe will eventually break down.

I ordered 2 pairs if that tells you anything. Highly recommend for just about any activity from cardio, box fitness, and lifting.

I love the wide toe box and these are very comfortable during my workouts. These are great training shoes, and I will buy again.

These are good trainers for upper body days. The heel comes up a little high and bothers my Achilles if I dont wear taller socks, but other than that, I love them.

Great fit. Sturdy for CrossFit. I even like them for pickleball.

I have tried other brands for my CrossFit workouts. These ones are far more comfortable, with enough cushion, but not too much. And they are actually wide with, unlike other brands that claim to be wide, but still pinch my toes.

I use my CXT-FLOW shoes at the gym for CrossFit. They are so comfy with great support! I had worn Nanos for the past 10 years but these shoes protect my toes better with the rubber tip. The toe box is nice and wide for my wider forefoot.

Love these shoes. Fit snug feel great. Great support.

My son likes them but says they feel a little chunky, meaning a little too wide.
