I love Born shoes. They are always good quality, but have to admit that sometimes the sizing can vary by style. This shoe however is very true to size. I wear an 8.5 and this one is good in an 8.5 (with and without a no show sock).
I'd also recommend:
Taos, Cole Haan, Pickolinos, and my new fav Ryka

I love Born shoes. One of the top 3 brands I usually buy. Love the fit, colors are great, great styling. Love everything about the shoe, especially good traction on the bottom of the shoes. I am a senior and I need good traction on he bottom of my walking shoes. Kudos to the skilled workers who make these beautiful shoes. Love Born! Received shoes quickly and wore them to work and received lots of compliments.

I normally take a size 10, which was too long. 9.5 was the perfect length, but the elasticized band across the top of my foot and around the lower part of my ankle became too snug after an hour wearing around the house.
