Very comfortable shoe! Smaller size fits me than usual. Also, get the wide if you have wider feet. That really helps with comfort. Great customer service from Zappos, as always.

Great shoe, comfortable, casual and nice looking. Clarks shoes always fit me just right. This was my first shopping experience at Zappos and it was wonderful!

I bought these shoes specifically to take on vacation, and from the very first time I wore them they were super comfortable and held up during many hours-long walks and hikes. There was no breaking-in period and the soles have held up well to all kinds of surfaces, from concrete sidewalks to gravel paths and walkways. I highly recommend them to other walkers like me.

This is my second pair in blue; I also have them in black and brown. The best walking shoe I have ever had, comfortable and durable.

I considered my purchase carefully before buying, looking at several other shoes. Chose this one and am glad I did. Although the shoes cost more than the other pairs, it was worth it. Great shoes, very comfortable from the beginning. As for style, it is what it is--shoes for comfort not beauty--sort of like the difference between a race horse and a work horse. Comfort outweighs style any time for me.

I love Clark's--their shoes are reliably sized and narrow means narrow. And these are pretty cute. I am not sure i like the 'distressed' look, but that is what was advertised and that is what I got. Comfortable shoes.

These are the BEST! I just returned from a trip in the UK with lots of walking and found these to be the best shoes for the trip. These surpassed the more expensive Dr. Weil shoes by far, and I wore them three times as often! They're cushioned and no need to wear my inserts. I'm going to get another pair in a different color! 5 stars from me!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I put them on for the first time yesterday and they were like heaven on my feet. I bounced around the city streets of SF and the shoes were great, just terrific for walking all over in. I have never experienced such comfortable, soft cushioney shoes with such great support. I haven't worn these for long so I don't know how they are going to hold up under daily wear and tear. I wonder if that button on the side is going to stay on, for example. Only time will tell. I was very grateful to read the reviews here which told me the shoe ran narrow and I should order a wide in my usual size 8, thank you reviewers you were very helpful! I can't say enough about these great shoes, I am thinking about getting another pair in black. They did feel tight at first, but that feeling didn't last long and they were immediately comfortable when walking without any breaking in period. I totally recommend these shoes UNLESS you have a very wide foot. I got the wide version and I have to say, Wide is not very wide. If you have a very wide foot I don't know if they would fit you very well. Wide is more like medium in this shoe. They fit snug with socks if you have a wide foot, so be forewarned if your foot is very wide. Enjoy your Clark un.Loop shoes!

I'm a nurse. On my feet all day. These felt great from the first minute. No break-in needed. I'll continue to buy Clarks.

Although these shoes are somewhat elfin and styled toward an older crowd, they are like a hug to my feet. Seriously, with every step. And, so I wouldn't trade them.

I've long been a fan of Clarks shoes and so expected to be pleased with this purchase. The shoe looks good with dress pants and jeans, fits perfectly and was comfortable for walking right out of the box.

I've worn these shoes on three different European trips, with lots of walking on uneven surfaces. Aside from my Asics Gel black sneakers, the Un.loop was the most comfortable shoe of any I brought. With a neuroma in one foot and hammertoes on both, I needed a comfortable shoe and this is it. With the removable footbed I'm also able to slip an orthotic underneath the insole which has been a godsend. I would say they are not the most stylish shoe I've ever seen, but with pants they are presentable...and you won't be limping at the end of the day. For very, very rough surfaces (rocks) you may want something with an even thicker footbed. For any normal street/sidewalk or paved surface, these are perfect. Also have to give Clarks props for durability. During an October visit to Rome there was a 50-year flood in the lower part of the city; the water was over my knees at the Colosseum. After getting back to the hotel I took out the footbed, rinsed the shoe and footbed off and then towel-dried and hairdryed on low. The surface leather was a bit dried out but after having them polished w/ some neutral shoe cream they were as good as new. Wow.

Great shoes. I wore these for ten straight days of walking on cobblestone streets, up and down steep city streets, along dirt paths as well as out to (casualish) dinners with nary a blister or sore spot. I stuck a drugstore pad in the back to tighten the heel a bit. These shoes look good with jeans and ankle-length pants, but I also felt I could get away with wearing them with a jean skirt. I find the burgundy color versatile. Love the button.
