They have a low toe box and are quite narrow. Perhaps they are equal to a medium, but they are certainly not Wide as they are marked. And they have no arch support whatsoever. Broke my heart to have to return these because they are adorable.

These boots fit perfectly…true to size. They are comfortable and really look good with jeans and casual pants, plus they keep my toes toasty warm! I really like them!

The fit was okay. I bought inserts for more arch support. After wearing them for a couple months, they started to make a squishing sound as I walked.

These are cute and super cozy but way too narrow in the forefoot even in the wide width. Sadly, I must return.

Very difficult to put on my feet.

These booties were very difficult to put on my foot. I guess it’s because of my high arch . I didn’t want to force them too as it might break down the back. I have found that booties with zippers like Easy Spirit are so easy to slip into. I also thought they felt flat with little inside cushioning. I am returning these shoes

Cute, but too small

Shoes arrived inside the box but outside of the plastic packaging. They had obviously been worn as the soles were dirty, and the wrong size was in the box. Quality control dropped the ball on this order, which is the first time I have had this problem with Zappos. Very disappointed.
