Overall, I’m very happy with these boots. I just wore them on a trip to England and it rained most of the time I was there. The boots kept my feet warm and dry. They are quite stylish and look a bit like a short combat boot. I have bunions and need wide shoes. I typically wear either an 8Wide or 8.5Wide, depending on brand and style, and ordered an 8.5Wide in these boots. The fit was good in the toe box but loose in the heel. However, with thick socks the fit was better and, since they are for cold weather, I knew that a roomier boot would probably be warmer. Also, using the laces, I was able to tighten the fit. The removable insoles are spongy but do not provide any arch support so I replaced with a pair of my orthotic insoles.

Very nice stylish low boots. Warm and comfortable. The side zipper makes them very easy to put on and off. Delivered quickly.

Ordered half size larger, knowing id probably wear heavy socks. Perfect choice. Happy for the and zip combo.

These are super comfortable boots in almost every way. The only thing I would change would be the material on the surface of the insole which seems to have a bit of texture to them. It means that when I walk, my socks grab onto the insoles and move around--a feeling I've never enjoyed. So if you are not a joyful sock wearer because you don't enjoy the friction of socks on carpet...that's what it feels like inside the shoe. Otherwise, they are great.

I ordered an 8 1/2 because sometimes I am between sizes and thought I might like to wear thick socks with this boot, but the 8 1/2 was too large for me. They are out of size 8 so I will not be ordering another pair. It was a nice looking boot, so I am sorry to return it.

Wow. What a great deal and what a great fit. These are going to serve me well in the snowy Midwest. They are very comfy and good looking. I'm very happy with this purchase and will wear them for years to come.

I was surprised and disappointed by the fit even with light cotton socks. It's very narrow. If I had known this, may have bought a 6 1/2 vs 6. I have always found their shoes to be true to size. Will give them to my sister.
