True to size and pretty comfy. Felt a little cheap for $50 (this was my first pair of Toms), not expecting them to last too long. Would probably not pay full price again but I do like the style and comfort.

I have an older pair of Tom's that fit perfectly. This recent purchase however even though was the same size did not fit as well. My heel kept slipping out of the shoe, and I believe this is due to the fabric on these shoes is stiffer, not as pliable and perhaps a bit thicker. Too bad cause I wanted them to work.

The shoes run a little large but still comfortable. I still would recommend this style.

i've bought these shoes before- 2 years ago. purchased same size, and voila i could not get them on my foot out of the box. when put side by side, the outer sole was at least 1 cm shorter for both feet. Disappointing to go through the hassle to return and re-order but I will, because they are very comfy when they fit. Also, I do want to stick with the leather insole that these have as compared to Tom's other styles.

I love the ways these shoes look, however, they were too narrow and long for my feet. I usually wear a size 9 medium, but these were quite tight in width and longer than I would expect a size 9. I didn't want to go through rubbing and blisters to get them to stretch and mold to my feet, since the inside canvas felt rough. I will go back to Bob's, sadly Tom's are not made for my wide feet.

Fit was great! Style was just ok, sort of "frumpy". Not much arch support at all. Returned since I wasn't in love. Thank you Zappos for your fast and easy shipment and return process!!

I was very disappointed when I put these Toms on......I've had a pair of Toms for years and especially appreciate the substantial arch support. These have NO arch support, so if you're expecting that from your Toms, find a different pair.

These are more snug than the classic, my foot still fits but it’s tight. Would buy half size bigger if bought again. Overall, love the felt and the fuzzy inside and they are super cute :)

I’m a size W6 but sized down to W5.5 based on the reviews. A lot of people recommended to go half a size down then break it in. It’s OBVIOUSLY a little tight. It’s uncomfortable but bearable. However, I am content with the purchase. The product came as pictured and was delivered faster than expected.

Took forever to find the right size! Women’s 10 was too narrow to get my foot in even without socks, 11 was too long and wouldn’t stay on my heel, and Toms doesn’t make a 10.5 in women’s... So, I ordered a Men’s 9 (my usual shoe size) which was good in width but a little too long. Many exchanges later, I ultimately settled on the Men’s 8.5 to be worn without socks. Hoping they break in nicely. Moral of the story, if you think you need a women’s 10.5, go with men’s 8.5.

I loved the look of these, but I'm giving a three overall because the chambray fabric is so light in color, it gets scuffed up very easily. With other TOMS I've had, I felt like they didn't show dirt / stains as much, and I felt like these looked dirty in the first week. I was disappointed because of that, but overall, I still love TOMS - but I wouldn't choose the chambray fabric again.

I own many pairs of Toms but these rubbed on the back of my heel where the seam was. I'm not sure if it was defective. Unfortunately, they went back

I have an older pair of these shoes in red but they were size 7 1/2 narrow. The new black ones fit perfectly in size 7 1/2 but I can see they are already stretching out..which means I will probably have to put a filler in the shoes. Mi wish they would make these shoes in a narrow width. Other than that, they are fine and very comfortable.

I had a pair of Tom's classics from when they originally came out. I have high arches and although these will never work for long days, they are great slip ons for work or shorter days. The original Toms boast a stretch to fit thing, so you order 1/2 size down and let them mold to your foot. That was true-originally. I've since ordered two pair - one 1/2 size down which felt way too small. Then i ordered my true size (7) and although they fit, the fabric doesn't have the stretch or softness of the older shoe. They cut into the top of my foot after a short while. I'm keeping them because I wore them for a week to see if I could get them to stretch. But in reality, Tom's has changed it's fabric or something and they aren't the same, super comfy shoe they once were.

Sadly Tom's are so hit or miss in their sizing. I have a pair from 2016 that are great. This pair was a traditional black pair and was too narrow and too short. Same shoe, same size. Go figure.

I've bought these Toms before in an 8.5 and they fit like a glove. The pair I just received however were much too snug - but also seemed a lot lower in quality (mainly in the sole). My guess is they changed manufacturers. I returned them and do not plan or repurchasing in a larger size, they just felt so flimsy.

I have average feet, they've always fit in shows width wise without having to buy wide widths. Not these shoes. They're narrower than chuck's! Plus, it's a pointed toe, so it made it even worse. I don't have wide feet, but my toes don't make a point, they have a slight rise from pinky to big toe.

I Ordered the natural canvas. They are a tinge yellow. Assuming cus its natural canvas. I was hoping they were more off white but they are not. I think they maybe dyed cus the first pair i got were two different colors. Overall i love toms and will continue to buy them.

I was so excited to receive my 1st pair of Toms. They were uncomfortably tight when I put them on. I returned them. Not sure if I will bother with a larger size.

I really like the look of these shoes, but was so disappointed by the fit! I am always size 8.5 without exception. Even if I read reviews that say size up or down I usually fare well just sticking to my 8.5 standard. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here - they pinched so bad in the toe AND heel. I have slim/narrow feet too, but couldn’t stand it! I tried them on 3 different days, and took them off after about 2 minutes - they were even too tight when I was sitting down. Even if they would have stretched out over time, the pain in getting there would not be worth it. Maybe I’ll try a size 9 at some point, but I’m left disappointed for now.

Not as comfortable as expected based on reviews.

Would love some arch support. Everything sticks to the material... if you have pets, I wouldn’t recommend!

These are the third pair of TOMS I have purchased for my daughter, they are great looking but run very small so we have to return them.

Too small. Sole slippery on a not shiny wood floor. Had to return...

Got these in the largest women's size and a men's size which seemed to be a little larger. I wear a women's 12 and often can't get the right fit. Neither one was the right fit. Also found the sole was slippery on a dull wood floor. Sorry to have to return.
